    Wow, I was having that problem the other day. Spent a lot of time using the Move Brush and Gyzmo to do what I wanted. Never noticed that little red bar. Thanks Sean, I'll be keeping an eye on that next time, Cheers.

    Thanks for the video. Another question: I did my own Mesh IMM Brush but they are not snaping to object when I try to use it. What could be the problem?

      Not sure really. Do you want to send me the brush so I can look at it? You can use the email address in the About tab of my channel (just hit the View Email address button).

    If still not working your curve brush stroke setting must be dots not drag for it to snap to surface.

      interesting! I had the opposite problem - when it was set to dots it wouldn't snap, but to freehand it would

    Hello. I'm asking you a question after thinking about it for a long time.
    I'm going to make a character's hair with "Curve strap snap brush". However, the brush keeps getting buried in the character's head. What's the problem?😢😢
    Other brushes are also buried in snap objects😂

    • @SeanForsythTutorials
      @SeanForsythTutorials  Před rokem

      Hmm... well I assume you've already checked for stored history as in this video. After that I'd check the Depth setting in the Brush menu, Depth rollup, adjust it if needs be. Then I'd check the Picker menu, and under Depth check that it's set to "Cont Z", and also that the Z value is set to 0.

      @@SeanForsythTutorials Oh, thank you. I'm not that good at English, so I must have missed something in the video.
      I'll try it tomorrow. Thank you for the video! I press recommendations.

    • @cfriedalek

      @@SeanForsythTutorials Nope. I recall Paul Gaboury describing this feature in a Zbrush release video. Just another feature to get used to (like Gizmo Focal Shift ... that's also a gotcha for many users). Anyway another nice video to help people through the pain. Cheers.

    • @SeanForsythTutorials
      @SeanForsythTutorials  Před 2 lety

      @@cfriedalek Yeah, doesn't feel like a feature if it breaks something else though.
