Sonic Adventure 2 was always overrated, nostalgic, boring, repetitive, running-simulator trash for casuals and Tik-Tok watchers. Could you imagine hyping up Sonic games in 2024? I feel bad for these Sonic fans because the fanbase is just filled with fake gamers and posers acting like real Sonic fans like me who enjoyed the classic games - the 2-D games - the great games. That could not EVER be me! Sonic Adventure 2 gets a "TRASH" rating from EZ Gaming!

1. The graphics you complain about are a product of time, the system that SA2 came out on originally released in 1998
2. All your issues with the camera are fixed by understanding how to rotate it (shoulder buttons), and SA1s camera is no better.
3. The gem tracking works as intended and is a pretty niche issue
4. Your arguments are al based around personal blanket attacks on people presuming nostalgia as the only possible basis for liking the game, my first experience playing through the game was 4 years ago and I do believe it is a good, if flawed video game
5. You complaints with the story are purely based on taste, you don’t have to like it, other will though
Just because other people like something doesn’t mean you have to rip at it with poorly planned and frankly weak points, and most of you issues are honestly fixed by playing the Dreamcast version, because the performance is far better due to it running on it’s actually intended hardware.
He thought Mario was bad, Zelda was bad, Half Life was bad, etc. Does he just not like video games? Which ones does he like?

Algorithm gone drunk again. Sonic adventure 2 is a game that leaves a bad first impression with its slow paced mech stages and it's annoying treasure hunting stages. That's how i felt along with many others first time playing the game, but later on i started to enjoy it more and more. the game does barely anything to teach you how the treasure hunting stages work, but eventually after learning the mechanics i started to enjoy them a lot and for me the mech stages are the weakest part of the game but i never found them boring.
The story may be all bit all over the place and difficult to follow at times but i enjoyed it and many have turned on the voice acting saying the dubbing is awful but many along with me find it so bad that it's charmingly good.
There is a reason why people love this game especially for it's time, as the last game for a Sega home console, this game had some of the best music in gaming for it's time, improved a lot on the visuals of sa1, introduced some of the most iconic characters in the franchise and for many, the gameplay still holds up. But whether you like sa2 or not, THE CHAO GARDEN

I enjoyed it as a kid, but then I had less than 10 games back then, so I was very attached to all my games growing up. There are a few good Sonic games I've enjoyed over the years, like Sonic 2, Mania, Generations, and the first Advanced game.

I've had the Dreamcast original versions of the Sonic Adventure games ever since I was a kid, so I've had private experience with seeing how much better the original versions of those 2 games are than the ported versions of them are! Like almost every other person who tries to make review type videos of the Sonic Adventure games, this guy hasn't chosen the version of it that should be looked at when making that kind of a video about them.
Look I'll admit SA 2 is EXTREMELY OVERRATED. But that's no reason to hate a franchise.

Sonic definitely doesn't suck if Frontiers has anything to say about the recent entries in the franchise.
Although, while I do like the game to this day and have fond memories laying it, I'm confused about why the original Dreamcast version received great reviews while later versions didn't.
Frontiers was an extremely uninspired and boring cash-grab copying the open-world formulate for a quick buck.
