The independence wars are incredibly easy to win. Also, with Peru-Bolivia, if all of the Perus are independent and you have North Peru as a tributary state of some sort, the other two will unite under North Peru and you get the whole of Peru as your tributary state.
Might have been more fun letting them have independence
