There are a lot of very dangerous roadways in the state of Maryland particularly in the Baltimore City area. One particularly very dangerous intersection is West Franklin Street and North Payson Street, and a lot of motor vehicle accidents that happen there, usually weekly. The reason being is that this intersection is right off of him connected to the exit ramp off of Route 40. Route 40 is a major Maryland State Highway where drivers usually drive excessive speeds for the conditions. And then they get off of the exit and they usually don't look both ways or follow the traffic signals at the intersection, causing the accident. It is very imperative that anybody driving on Route 40 who want to exit and get to this intersection, slow down, look both ways and follow the traffic signals.
