Selected through ssc and sbi job after 4-5 years of struggle this year. I was just checking HRA for central govt employee then noticed your video. 😂 worked in private for almost 8-9 year. Believe me, it not worth it. The amount of salary private sector pay you. In return, they will squeeze double juice out of you. Biggest problem, job security, you perform continuously for several years and one fine day due to problem your performance goes down they will find some reason to replace you with two new guys, with half of your package. I do believe in hard work, anywhere i work, but the sense of security ll never be there in private. Getting private job takes hardly 2-3weeks. Central Govt 2-3years from application till joining. Except psu's they usually takes 6-9months. You need both hardwork and preservarence for it.

Lets make it simple in terms of money.
Let's say x is in govt job and y is in pvt job. Both started to work in 2015 and x is getting 40k per month where y is getting 25k per month
Now the salary comparison which is completely based on the hard work.
In 2030 x's salary will be = 2 lakh assuming a group B or C when got selected.
Where for Y sky is the limit.
Y should always learning afraid of job and officers may be he lost his job at age 45+ no one will recruit BC os of age criteria .....
See pvt jobs are in boom after 2005 now it is 15 years only people got experienced ....at the age 50 plus private can sake job BCos of age criteria ....

If people are not creative govt jobs are best. I started my career with 1.8 lacks/annum IT. With 6 years experience I am getting 24 Lacks/annum in Hyderabad. This much of growth almost impossible in any jobs other than software.

With a very very high salary ...govt job wale to vo salary de bhe nahe salte.

And 7 year experienced friend who is govt employee got AC 2 tier ticket to travel south India. Sir aaj k private job mein... Ap IT sector mein dekho govt. Employee k group 'c' position se jyada salary milti hai. Mai ek govt. Job aspirant hun and i regret that maine pehle hi IT sector mein job join kyu nahi kar liya.
In case of growth , the target can be psu , which r tough to crack but excellent once u manage to get the jobs , BARC and ISRO are absolutely great if one wants to get growth & Good package .

Well to be Frank. Private (MNCs) are providing much more salary and perks as far as my personal experience is concerned.

all government jobs age limit should be 50, bcoz what happens, when a person joins a government job, he knows that if he quits, he won't be able to get this job again, & so now he is stuck like a bad marriage, so he will be abusive, exploitative, liar, timid & deep in corruption, but if the age limit is 50, he will easily leave government job, he will try his dream business or passion, bcoz he knows that if he will pass the exam again, he can join the job again.
