- Almost did not want to post this because I didn't want my co-workers to see but the message is so important! My biggest advice for dealing with "mean girls" is to never take it personal and just focus on your own growth.

lets face it. you will always have haters throughout this life and it never stops regardless on how old you become. People will always talk about you no matter how nice your are. since people are gonna talk then give them something to talk about.
