They haven't charged any person in the DHS, CIA, NSA or the FBI with dereliction of duty or for violating presidential orders. IE...the signed "request" is just window dressing. BTW, SCOTUS is not a civil or criminal judicial branch...they only rule on issues of interpretation of laws and ensuring civil rights are wholesale not violated.
