    Great presentation but don't wrap hot food in plastic bags as the plastic leeches into food and causes infertility in males use a natural product where you can, like you might use banana leaf for Moi Moi or kenke stay blessed.

    Is this standard FUFU? Sry I’m danish but I love Africa food and plain fufu is like a dream 😍

    • @vickypearl
      @vickypearl Před 2 lety +3

      No. Fufu is from Fermented Cassava . This is pounded yam flour . Made from yam. It’s a suitable option/choice when one can’t pound the yam .

    • @EyeSpyBlackAmor
      @EyeSpyBlackAmor Před 2 lety +2

      Yes this is a different type of fufu. You have ground rice, pounded yam and ground cassava even ground plantain. In different parts of West Africa there are all different types of fufu, pap or swallow unfortunately some cultures like Nigeria only know their own culture and very segregated. But we all eat it and has different names depending on what part of Africa you are from

    Very disappointed. Poundo iyan is NOT POUNDED YAM. POUNDO IYAN IS A MIXTURE OF POTATO AND CASSAVA.
