Your an awesome 3d designer, thank you for your great work, I purchased your design off cults3d, printing now. Have just modelled the bow adapter for a cheap Topoint M1 bow which I will share when I'm happy with it.
Thanks :)
@@discopolofan Which compound bow is used in the video? What bow draw weight?
I have several weapons STL files, do you want to exchange files?
Great video! Building the Adderini was fun, maybe I'll try this next!
Man! This is beautiful!! Hopefully i can make one of these someday!!! Nice work.
Cool video, i'm waiting quite a while for a new one 😂
I could only built one of the 2 screws says a bow as far as from my bow adapter I'm going to have to do something else to stabilize
about to take on this project for LH bows. gonna try and adapt it to my bear legit.
Supergo,gou ahead,you are Master!
luk, any idea what happened to farimir and the mini adder v3?
Video yg sangat baik dan bermanfaat semoga Allah memberkatimu...
that is super nice, the only issue is the plastic parts, it makes it look cheap
Could you please, please make a printable design for Joerg Sprave's tiny pistol slingshot crossbow? I'd happily pay for the files. Thanks!
Amazing work
can it withstand 70 lb ? or should I try the same design on CNC or what would you recommend ?
Hello lucas🤙🏼nice job💪🏼,do you have maybe a mount print for a normal bow,i would like to do a Present for my fathers bow?
I was just thinking how a Legolini (hand size) version of the hybrid Sil would be very cool !
The SIL handle is between the medium and large Legolini sizes. This is such a universal size of the handle in my opinion. I think kids won't be able to handle SIL anyway.
@@discopolofan I was thinking more on the idea of having a pocket gun for adult (the legolini but with the power behind the hybrid)
Btw now that i think about it.
Did you ever thought about the van helsing arrow shooter ? because with the instant legolas mekanism it would be possible wouldn't it ?
I thought so, unfortunately I don't have so much free time for design ;)
Awesome design. Thank you so much for this! I will build it!
One question though: Why using 3 excentric adapters for the rollers? Im concerned that this causes the whole sled to be not rectangular to the bow. Wouldnt it be better to make the 2 rollers fixed and only the third one excentric? Or do i miss something here?
2 spacers are fixed in place. You only have one that can be adjusted.
@@discopolofan Ahh, now i see! So i just have to insert both in the exact same orientation. I missed that! Thank you for your quick reply! Much appreciated. I bought your stl´s today. First badge of small parts is already on the printer! Nice project! Greetings from germany.
so cool. i wonder if the rear handle could be made to fit the Slingbow legolini, might improve my accuracy. thanks for all your work
just one other question where can i buy the aluminium profiles, what are they used for normally?
The rear handle is dedicated to SIL. Legolini is smaller and designed differently. In the future, in the second version of Legolini, there will be the same solution as in SIL. Tiltable rear handle and direct string slot access. The magazine will be on the left side instead right.
I bought aluminum profiles (20x10x2 mm angles) in a DIY store. They are used for construction, sometimes finishing purposes.
Will this work with bear archery cruzer g2 compound? or u have to buy a specific bow for it to fit.

Hi all, where can I get the arrow guides from please, iv printed everything and they have come out great 👍
STL files from arrow guides are in a ZIP package. You can buy the arrows at GoGun.de or directly from China.
I have several weapons STL files, do you want to exchange files?
Just bought the stl file! Looking forward to build one. Right now the problem for me is how to get metric aluminum angle on the States 🤣
Would it be possible to share more step fike, so that we may be able to fork a version with imperial materials? I am 100% in favor of the metrics, but 20x10x2mm angles are super hard to buy
I understand that finding 20x10x2mm angles in the US may be a problem, but changing these profiles to imperial will require you to redesign the entire device. Probably all parts need to be changed...
@@discopolofan oh, that's a bit of a bummer. :( i bought some 3/4"x1/2" angle, which is very close to the 20x10, and figured i could adjust.
guess i'll have to do some searching for metric alum.
@@FlechetteArchery Search for an aluminum angle 20x10x2 mm (if not, maybe 20x10x1.5 mm).
@@discopolofan i have, it's pretty much non-existent here in the US. metric metals are somewhat rare to begin with, and the 20x10 angle in particular isn't available anywhere.
though i have found a workaround. you can use a tablesaw to cut the 1/2" sides down to 10mm. That makes them 19mmx10mm, which looks like it will work.
i still haven't finished the final assembly, but the 1mm shorter for the top rails is a non-issue, and the overall 2mm narrower for the guide rail section looks like it will work, assuming the eccentric nuts have enough play.
will post back after i've finished assembly...
I try to shoot with junxing m125 at 70lbs but the SIL fires without me pulling the trigger and the trigger cracks
its not recommended to shoot over 50 lbs with it
Is there a US source for 20mm x 10mm angle aluminum?
So frustrating! I'm building now and I think I'll have to modify the plans for the shitty US 1/16 x 1/2 x 3/4 angle aluminum available here
Hi Lukaz, what FDM 3D Printer do you recommend to buy ? At least 210x210mm obviously, in videos of other channels reviewing the adderini etc. people said the whole construction was tightly fitting and the parts need to have high precision. I have no idea or experiences with this kind of subject, id appreciate you recommending me a printer so i can make meself one of those SIL hybrid bows 😀
It depends. If you want to buy a printer and just print, it's a Prusa MK3S or Artillery Genius. If you want to play with improving the printer, it's some cheap Chinese, such as Two Trees Sapphire Pro. You can also build yourself a better one, for example Voron.
Will you design the drawing assist for this too? I think Tod's from Tod's workshop has good design but he said that he didn't want to work on it any further.
This is a device that works with a compound bow. Draw assist is not needed for it, in my opinion.
Todd can do the whole SIL Hybrid and sell it?
Where i can get the drawing

I'd love to have one.....but can't find sombody to print it.
Is there a chance you would have an adress for me?
Greetings from Germany
I can't print for you. Buy a 3D printer :)
@@discopolofan I've bought the files. Thinking between paying to get it printed or buying my own printer. Is there a 3d printer up to 300 pounds you can recommend? Kind regards
@@sebastians7309 Artillery Genius will probably be a really good choice. I have a Two Trees Sapphire Pro 3D printer. Of course, I modified it for my own needs, but even without the modifications, it's a nice choice.
@@discopolofan Thanks, looks interesting but doesn't seem to have auto-leveling?
What do you think about Eryone ER20 in comparason?

@@sebastians7309 I don't know this company, so I won't say anything.
There are many printers for up to 300 pounds and most will have to be tweaked and improved, because they're cheap.
its not for sell? are you gona sell?

Awesome work, really love rhe design!
I was wondering if you want to make it compatible with left hand shooter you'd only need to change the bow adapter correct to be able to switch the system to the other side?
Forgive me if that was a stupid question but im new to this and very interested in purchasing your design.
Thank you.
For now, there is only one left-handed bow that the adapter is designed for - the Greyback LH. Check legolini.com/sil_compatible_bows.php
Appreciate your time my guy, keep up the good work!
Hej, potrzebujemy wersji paintballowej! :)
Can this for example kill a deer? Thanks.
Hello lukasz, would you consider doing a rendering of my gun? Its my profile picture for my channel. I've tried reaching out to jorg and many others but it seems to be im just going to have to make them myself. Your consideration would be appreciated
A bit too complicated and too big for 3D printing. Low resolution photos, so you can't see much. Videos in small resolution and a bit shaky, so it's hard to say something. It definitely works :)
Try to start modeling in Fusion 360. There are many tutorials on youtube. This is how I started learning.
@@discopolofan in addition, im sorry to say. I am poor lol. I am working on getting a used iPhone. Unfortunately a gimble and camera are out of the question for now. I also do not have a laptop, 3d printing is a little out of my reach for now. I am currently working on the first 5 production models for sale. If you would accept it, could I send you one for your evaluation?
Im not sure where the other reply went off to. I was saying that I have better pictures but the video editor im using on my phone makes the pictures small and fuzzy. The videos aren't very good, even when uploaded directly. I am trying to get ahold of a used iPhone to use since I don't have a camera. I can send you the pictures directly but if I could send you a production model it would probably be a better physical example if you were to consider simplifying the design for 3d printing
@@discopolofan actually, I am grateful for your reply. Though, as you mentioned it. This model is perhaps a bit big, even as a garand style carbine. But perhaps you might be interested in one of my prototypes that I am working on. I will just leave it as sturmgewehr for now. Essentially it is a multi function self-cocking slingshot rifle with the same style of integrated spring assisted magazine tube and bolt dispenser but chambered in .25 and also equipped with a detachable box magazine for its 25 (.25 x 2-3/4") semi-fletched (fletchless) micro darts and toggle activated mechanical loading gate. As the darts are much shorter and the tips cannot sit on the string like for Joerges stinger concept. To simply explain, the darts in their magazine actually sit under the barrel from the mag well, in one contiguous motion, once toggled with the string in the cocked position, the loading gate behind the magazine drops down, the loading bolt reciprocates back pushing one dart into the loading deck, the spring pushes the loading bolt forward and at the same time pushing the loading gate and dart back up, and now the weapon is read to fire with a complete firing deck(slotted barrel) with the darts never obstructing the path of the projectile or the string upon firing or loading
These are just a few of the practical, sellable ideas. We haven't even begun to scratch the surface on what could be in the name of science. Im poor so I often have to keep things relevant to what I can actually produce with trash and hand tools. However with even just a modest workshop equipped with precision lathing/milling machines i have plausible concepts ranging everything from neodymium propulsion assisted railgun/slingshot carbines to even conservatively built fully self contained self-cocking select fire automatic crossbows with a detachable drum thats no bigger than a modern day pdw
(Łukasz, if you can, please prepare plans for universal mounting, a lot of us will be thankful for it, and will play few $ to show gratitude)
Gdybym miał dostęp do różnych popularnych łuków bloczkowych, to mógłbym zaprojektować adaptery.
(I think it is impossible to make a universal 3D printed adapter for all bows, because each one is slightly different. 3D printing has its limitations, and it probably won't be as solid as the Fenris aluminum adapter. The printed SIL is also wider and the rolls are bigger, so it won't work. If I had access to popular compound bows, I could design compatible adapters)
