Kinda, it's Important to remember that this man is a billionaire and employs teams of medical professionals to monitor and guide him through every activity of the day. I imagine he also has chefs preparing all his meals. When you have professional people employed to tell you what to do all the time and make all of your meals this level of fitness would be very attainable for a lot of people. BTW I don't see any "age regression" here, he is just incredibly fit for his age
Problem with this is a lot of orthorexics and OCD type personalities, without this kind of support structure, will probably start imitating him. There was a fitness influencer I used to follow called Scott Murray who was on a similar self improvement drive and it got out of control i.e full blow eating disorder, gruelling 2 hour workouts everyday, followed by night walks to get in steps on just four hours of sleep. He basically fell apart infront of everyone and died from heart failure at the age of 27. Everything can be pushed too far, including fitness.

I successfully regenerated my hearing damage with a method I essentially figured out myself. Long story short, you have to re-sensitize the receptors.
    1. Get the best headphones you can.
    2. Using a tone generator, find the faintest volume you can still just barely detect on the frequency that's damaged (6000 hz for me)
    3. On this lowest level of stimulus, the faint beep seems to come and go.
    Visualized perhaps as
    ____--___----______--__
    4. You'll have to get into a rather deep but active meditation state in order to "catch" the sound and stay with it for a least a few minutes.
With time, you'll find that you'll need less and less decibels to pick up the sound.
There's more, but this is the gist of it. I figured out the method myself, but maybe it already exists out there.

    • @jonnull
      @jonnull Před rokem +6

I developed hearing damage, tinnitus and hyperacusis following an ischemic injury to my left ear. Similar audiogram, big drop after 6000 hz. I was doing the method I described for at least 20 minutes per day and it took about a month to regenerate most of my hearing. Additionally as a side effect, I felt amazing because of all the active meditation. I also suspect there was some vagus nerve activation with deep calm breathing which helps in all healing and anti-aging.

Hair cells, the cells in your ear which are responsible for your hearing across different frequencies, can not naturally regenerate themselves so technically any hearing damage you get is permanent. Any wins with trying to regenerate those hair cells?.
If you have a look at the cochlea one will notice under developed or even inactive or dormant cells that could one day be made to activate and in turn "heal" someone's hearing but this would mean activating a whole bunch of genetic markers.
This means activating something that is dormant instead of trying to heal something that was damaged. . .
Stimulation has proven to help with tinnitus, not so much with hearing loss.

If you listen to loud music (or gun shots right next to you) then the hairs may break off. If they break off, you lose your hearing. I was told that these hairs DO NOT GROW BACK!
I suppose this is also why some older people cannor hear. Their special hairs broke off.

But it's impossible to regenerate hearing capacity! It's just number of sound neurones directly connected to the brain like eyes. You loose them because sound is pure physical impulse and it directly destroy hearing neurons.
You can use hearing devices that amplifies sounds. But to regenerate hearing your need to transplant new neurons. No other way.

I've seen so many studies that say age means nothing about your health. Theoretically you can "live forever" because it's you don't die of "old age" isn't actually true.
