I like this new format a lot! Thank you! Also: your 'thoughts on femininity' helped me process mine a bit more and made me feel more normal. Yay, I'm not the only one figuring out herself again after kids! I sometimes truly feel like a teen again, going through all these phases whilst trying out who I am now😛
As an adult I 100% understand why women would always wear aprons. I realized very quickly how easily my day clothes would get ruined because I would cook and clean without an apron.
Yes! For some reason every shirt I wore started to get a small hole in the same exact spot on my torso. I realized that my shirt was snagging in the counter top as I washed dishes 🤦🏻♀️. I’ve been wearing aprons since lol
@@meh5069 lesson learned lol
I liked this format! I think it gives more insight into what you’re doing and why.
Thank you!
I'm a mom of 2 (3 and 1, boy and girl, my eldest's name is Finn!) from France, I'm not even a stay at home mom (working full time) but for some reason, I have the EXACT same thoughts as you! I find it crazy. In this video the questions of femininity and clothing, finding out what you like to wear when you're done having kids, particularly resonated with me. (I think having a girl and being gifted girly clothes contributed to it for me). I went through the exact same things.
absolutely loved this video! i love how you talk about motherhood, your hobbies, etc. but you respect your kid’s privacy! it’s so hard to find mom youtubers who don’t constantly show their kids faces/talk about their kids personal lives.
this was also nice to watch because you actually showed what you were doing rather than sitting in front of the camera talking about what you WILL be doing or what you already did haha can’t wait to see more!💛
Thank you for the feedback! Yeah at this point I don’t feel the need to cover my kids faces but just keep them out of the spotlight and mostly not show them.
Love this! Your kids are getting so big! So glad they are enjoying playing together! Always love your updates!
I just love your videos. You're doing so great ❤️❤️🌿
Love this new format Ashley! Your garden set up is beautiful 😍
Loveee this video. It's so fun to watch you and your family evolve with time. I think a waist belt would be so cute with that black dress you thrifted.
❤ new format and the simplicity
Oooh i like this format!
Love this video
Thanks for sharing and making me feel more normal 😂
Congratulations on every stage of your life. You’re rocking it mom!
Thank you 😊
In the cooler section of Costco by the meats and paper towels there's little desserts (salted caramel pudding, tirimisu, crème brûlé, etc.) that come in glass jars. I just use those after we finish the treats and then I don't have to worry if they get broken because if I buy another dessert then I'll be able to replace it 😅
Really enjoyed this video!! Thank you ❤
Thank you for such a great realistic video ❤️ I am about to have our first baby and am working through panicking with all the things you have worked through, especially wondering if I will be able to handle more than one baby. You have been so reassuring and encouraging to my manic pregnant brain!
Honestly, I hadn't watched one of your videos in a while (stupid algorithm, also no yt for a bit) but WHATTTTT?! :))) your feminine era, you're cooking, and Rook is sooo big now!! LOVE seeing you come into this new phase after riding so long on the struggle-bus! (it was like we were on it together btw and now it's like were getting off at the same time too soo yay for not being the only one going through these struggles!!!!)
love this one, thanks for sharing apronmommy!:)
Omg I’ve been loving Dandy Blend too!
haha the apron part is me. I've never wanted to but now trying to dress up more at home and I got splashed with food so decided to start wearing an apron.
You look amazing, and your hair is beautiful 😭 I wish my hair would grow that long!
I also really can't believe they're getting so big? The time has gone so quickly
Really loved this video. I cracked up a few times. "you're welcome" haha. This was a perfect blend of youtube but also brought me back to your podcast era.
Oh interesting I didn’t think about how it was similar to a podcast style
That Tea set is the same set of bowls/plates/cups i grew up with! Honestly, it probably is the same one 😂
Omg the golf sweater!
Right??? It was so fun 😄
I loved the video. I find people often confuse being feminine with being ‘girly’… you know, floral prints, frills and lace fussy details…. BUT you can be feminine in sleek chic polished ways too… I sometimes think of Samantha’s style from SATC series… very womanly but not girly.. look forward to more content on the subject
More vlogs love them!
We do chamomile also... It reseeds itself every year... We have gotten to where we have to pull some plants because there isnt enough space for them.... We have so so much dried chamomile from our plants.
Love this! I Also have a nephew named Rooke and a niece named Finley we call Fin. So cute
Wow that’s so cool!
bravo-unusual footage~ take it easy.
This may seem odd but I’ve never had an apron I liked wearing. Yours looks perfect. Can I ask where you got it from? Catching up on all your videos
Apron moms unite!! LOL I just became an apron mom
👯♀️
Finn is so big now 😢😊
I know right! He’s almost 1 😭

More Finn please 😃. Love your videos ❤️

Isn't the youngest to old for a 9am nap?
We do 9am and 2pm naps for him
My youngest is 15 months old and still needs a nap at 9am
"You're welcome" really?
We call that “a joke” 😄
@@AshleyEmbers Thanks for letting me know. I guess I have two things to thank you for now
🙄🙄🙄😂
