Hey I found a 2000 P Sacagawea coin that’s bronze in color but still on the same sized planchette. Any idea what it’s worth? I’ve been looking to see if anyone’s talked abt it but nothing so far
@thecoinchanneltube Your website where it say "Text TCS for VIP" But on another part of the website its says "Text TCC for VIP" And its the same number but its says two different things to text. So which one should I text? TCC or TCS??
With a cellphone's camera anyway. The way it zooms in is digital and it doesnt change the the lense distance. After the accident when I was 11, I found a buffalo nickel from 1926 in my bedroom. If I still had it, I would try and figure out how much it would be worth. It was a pretty cool find. I like how the nickel looked. I’ve never had one before.
As a Hobo Nickel artist, I am forever dismayed that the Chinese are allowed to saturate and pollute the exonumia market with cheap mass produced knockoffs of what some very talented craftsmen have worked very hard to create.
also, it was a good way to make food money if you were an actual hobo. take a nickel, carve it in your spare time with a tiny chisel made from a nail, then sell it for a quarter. even the stingy people might be convinced to part with a regular quarter in exchange for a neat looking coin to flip when making a decision and then use it as a conversation starter. back in the depression economy, you could shift a few of these and get enough for a can of tuna, etc. people still make these today, but now it's legit high art with microchisels and high detail work. you can find some really beautiful work in the modern hobo nickel scene.
There was an old man that used sit on the porch at the general store where i grew up and sell carved nickles for 25¢. Looking back i realize what kind of racket this is.
No it’s not a carving there made by a company that way. I have a couple and a few others. It started with a few that were carved but now there mass produced.
Hey so I watched one of your videos where if you have a 1994 d mint mark penny with the A really close or touching the m in America and I have a few and I have a wheat penny
Ay bro i got a 1965 quarter were it looks like a strike error. Both the front and back look a but odd and the rim looks like the nikel and the copper are separating...like the copper ridge is smaller than the nikel surrounding it
Those are for sale on Facebook advertising and I think the video was a lie. They probably bought the coin and pretended to find it with the change from the store
Not going to lie these do look pretty cool. But I prefer buffalo nickels without being carved into this lol
yeah I'll keep my buffalo nickels the way they are lol. worth more & the history is awesome.

That's a work of art
That coin: "bogos binted? 👽"

It’s a Hobo Nickel and that 1 is being sold on Temu for $1.50 😂

Cool looking coin but it could have been a 1937 worth 🍞
Mostly all 1937 aren’t worth a whole lot, some of the variants are, but those are super super uncommon and that’s how their value comes
Nope it must be minted in Macau . A novelty coin.
Yep, knew immediately that it was a hobo nickel.
Who was the Cashier. He an Alien. 😂
😂he is basically a quarter short from the change he got back.
bros barber hates him
My man still had an Obama phone…

Hobo nickel! People carving faces into old buffalo nickels has been a thing since the 30’s, they used to get real bored back then lol

hobo nickels look really cool
Yeah since why the silver was soft enough during long train rides they would carve them
If it has anything to do with ailens, the recording has to be blurry
