I am 72. Throughout these years I have come to realize that happiness is not based on money. I have seen many people who have everything you could possibly dream of. And they are the most unhappy and suicidal. And I have seen people penurious and they always have grins on their faces. Be happy with the life that God has given. Because the alternative is a life filled with pain. Life is an attitude. Check it! By the way; your place is beautiful! Love it!

I really like that tiny house! Good flow, and use of space! I downsized to a travel trailer 12 years ago. I had the huge house (it’s highly overrated)! Listen to what he’s saying, it’s so true. All that “stuff” burdens a person. Besides it’s not like you can take stuff with you when you pass… serve God, enjoy life. I love the fact you applied it to the Bible! Spot on! We have been living in our 5th wheel for the last 18 years after downsizing from our 3 acre mini farm. I am able to do all the things I did on the three acres except for having chicken and goats. I have learned over the years that bigger is not necessarily better. Peace of mind by not being in debt is such a great feeling! Learning to be frugal and living on less is a wonderful blessing especially in today’s economy!! 😊
Lovely new home. Back in 1979 I bought a brand new Excel 26' and my park rent was $60 with water, sewer and garbage, I paid the power and phone bill. I lived in it for 11 years. Married in 1983, after the husband passed and the kids grew up I bought a nice 1967 small house 2 bedrooms 1 bath and turned the 2nd bedroom into a cat room and built a catio attached to one of their windows. I own the place and my property tax is $42 a year, not kidding. Enjoy your new home and bless you.

We have everything we need and we aren't over spending. People live way to big in my minds eye.. But you have all you need .. God always gives you what you need, not what you want.. He will always take care of you $1100 is way to high you need to shop around to the RV Parks. We only pay 400 here at ours.. but 1100 is robbing you blind ...

If you're going to keep that for more than 5 years you'll need to seal the roof every year and re install any window that shows signs of leaking into the camper. One small leak you can see inside is 10 times worse under the panel board. Once mold starts growing in the walls you are living in a bio hazard..
