Today we found rust in the stock tank pool. We are cleaning it out and letting it dry. I guess we used to much chlorine. Link to the happy camper airbnb.com/h/happycamperscotts... Link to Funk www.funk advertising.com
Idea....give guests the option to purchase "add ons" from you when they book such as smores kits, wine and cheese/crackers kits, etc. Where I live there is a local dairy and everyone raves about the chocolate milk so if I had this set up, I would offer a Milk and Cookies kit and feature the local dairy's chocolate milk and cookies from a local bakery. I might include a little card with a brief history of each of the businesses featured. Maybe something down the road for you and your wife. Happy Friday! Keep on keepin' on and good luck with the pool.
Go to a swimming pool store and get some liquid sealant that you'd paint on the surface of a concrete pool . . . I believe it should work for the stock tank as well, and protect it from the chlorine.
The camper looks great Chris! Much more spacious than it appears from outside and looks cozy as well. I think a rust o lean product would be your best as well. Maybe try a primer as well before painting to get a good bond to that galvanized.
Chlorine is pretty caustic stuff. I would say that it is definitely reacting with the metal and galvanizing in the stock tank. You’re going to have to seal it up with something. Galvanized isn’t what it used to be either.
Yea it happened over night. Our last guests left and the next day BAM there it was. Not much is made like it used to be. My kids make fun of me when I say that.☺️they say “back in my day”…. Have a great day.
Love the fun decor. Sunflowers are happy flowers!

There is a plastic paint you can use like a pool liner... can’t think of the name, but I know it’s a thing. It’s even blue to match! Keep going.
Awesome thank you so much! I’ll look it up. Have a great day.
So cute , Chris !
