This is pretty long and I'm literally copying this off my notes app but I swear it'll be worth reading. I've been adding and changing ideas to Behemoth since Beyond Light all the way up to Lightfall. Here's my take on a Behemoth rework.
    [Class Ability]
A new class ability that has you stomp on the ground like a strike boss, dealing a small amount of damage, knocking back and slowing enemies, and shattering all nearby crystals and frozen targets. Furthermore, ALL crystals you have made will shatter.
This ties into a new addition to Glacial Quake:
While in Glacial Quake, pressing the aim button shatters nearby crystals and frozen targets. Also shatters all crystals created by you. This lets you detonate crystals for consistent DPS without the use of the glaive Bubble.
    [Melee]
A new first person melee ability that has you conjure a stasis lance and stab at enemies in front of you. This can pierce multiple targets, applies slow, and can shatter crystals and frozen targets.
Shiver Strike now has two charges. Using the melee without hitting a target only uses half of the melee energy. This allows up to three Shiver Strikes in succession when not hitting a target.
(To clarify, an untargeted Shiver Strike will bring the first charge to 50%. You can't use a melee ability at 50% charge, so using Shiver Strike again will use energy from second charge, also bringing that one to 50%. Now you have two melee charges at 50%, resulting in one full charge for a third Shiver Strike.)
    [Supers, Aspects, and Fragments]
Glacial Quake has two parts to its super: Create crystals with the heavy slam, and break through crystals with the light attack while serving as a movement tool. I aim to come up with two supers that use both sides of these qualities.
First: A one-and-done AOE super with lingering buffs.
Something similar to the Howl of the Storm animation but it spawns special crystals in a huge radius around you. These crystals are much MUCH harder to destroy by enemies, lasts much longer, and cause more violent detonations. Pressing the super button again will cause you to slam your hands into the ground, shattering all crystals you've made as well as any other nearby crystals and frozen targets. When destroyed, the marks left on the ground by the crystals slows targets and grants allies increased resistance against scorch (lowers scorch stack accumulation) and ignitions (reduces ignition damage taken).
These crystals have unique interactions with certain aspects and fragments.
    1. While Tectonic Harvest is equipped, shards created by destroying these enhanced crystals grants more melee energy when collected. When collecting stasis shards at full melee energy, the shards orbit the player and will be consumed when melee energy is not full. When the Rime fragment is equipped, you gain more overshield from the enhanced stasis shards. Orbiting stasis shards will immediately reapply overshields when the timer runs out or when taking damage.
    2. Resist from the Chains fragment is greatly increased when an enhanced crystal is nearby.
Second: A juiced up Stasis Lance roaming super with pre-nerf Glacial Quake speeds.
You hold a big Stasis Lance and gain six pointy ice shards on your back, giving you wings (like Cirno from Touhou) which propels your light attack to absurd launch speeds and lunge range. The heavy attack is the slam from Stasis Lance, which not only freezes but also shatters crystals and already frozen targets (non-frozen targets requires a slam first to freeze then another to shatter). Holding the aim button zooms the camera and stances your character to aim the lance like a glaive. This action loads a wing shard into the lance. Pressing fire cannibalizes the shard and launches it forward, creating a freezing radius on impact. Each wing lost decreases the launch speed and lunge range of your light attack. Defeating enemies with light attacks refunds a shard.
I don't have any more ideas for the rest of the Behemoth kit and honestly this is way too much to read already.

@@PocketTuna I came up with a new aspect to replace diamond lance cause I think it should be the base melee and I also thought that HoTS should combine with cyroclasm cause they both involve sliding. Behemoth is really missing the survivability the "tank" class should have so I wanted to help with that.
      Cryoclasm
      Fragments Slots 2
Buff to sliding and sliding near a stasis crystal shatters it.
While sliding activate your melee to spawn a wave of stasis crystals in front of you.
      Glacial Fortification
      Fragments Slots 3
Changes your barricade into a wall of stasis crystals that slows when placed.
      Crystalline Recovery
      Fragments Slots 2
Spawning a stasis crystal spawns a fragile crystal on it.
Fragile crystals break easily and heal you when broken.
Destroying a Fragile crystal increases stasis damage stacks 3 times.
Titans spawn stasis shards by breaking stasis crystals without the need of an aspect. Glacial Fortification is obviously just hoarfrost-Z so that exotic would have to change. I wanted Crystalline Recovery to create something new sense that's what diamond lance did, but idk about the damage increase maybe it just increases shatter damage or just nothing. the Fragile Crystals would look like enemy stasis crystals but small and on another crystal.

As a stasis titan main, there are several redeeming qualities about the kit that bungie could elaborate on to make this one of the most fun titan classes. Here are my ideas:
Super: Glacial Quake gets a flat speed bump and the super spawns like 5 more Stasis Crystals on slam.
Additional Super: Arctic Spear: You can throw 3 of these and it’s like Mobius Quiver. Activating super empowers you in Stasis, and your slide if cryoclasm is equipped has no cooldown. Throwing a spear at an enemy makes the spear freeze on initial hit, then spawns 10 stasis crystals and shatters them.
Melee: Shiver Strike is updated at the end of the melee to slam, and create a “earth quake” that slows on the ground in front of you, instantly shattering targets and pushing them in the air slightly. You can still use it for movement like you usually do. Targets hit by the earthquake are slowed.
Aspects: Cryoclasm is reverted to prenerf without the sprinting buildup. There is a 4 second cooldown between slides. While sliding, if you get a kill, you spawn a stasis crystal at the targets location.
Howl of the Storm: Spawns double the amount of crystals in a more spread out pattern(like a circle). Targets inside the circle in PvP are frozen.
Tectonic Harvest: Also add “Rapidly picking up Stasis Shards grants you and nearby allies Stasis damage resist for a short time”
Diamond Lance: Freeze radius should be increased by like 25%. It can shatter instantly, and if it hits a frozen target, it deals 2x as much shatter damage. This now spawns a stasis crystal as a default behavior without lance cap
    Fragment updates:
Whisper of Impetus: Your melee charges even faster when targets are nearby. Shattering a frozen target with a melee or powered melee spawns on orb of power.
    Exotics:
Hoarfrost: The crystals are spawned slightly further from you and in a V formation to prevent pushes.
Lancecap: All stasis lances spawn near you whenever they’re spawned. If a lance hits a boss, it will generate 5 crystals instead of 3.

Also if you’re using stasis titan in PvP right now, I recommend just running cryoclasm and howl of the storm without tectonic harvest. Cryoclasm is irreplaceable since the movement is too good to give up.

Imagine the titan super as diamond lance. While he said it in the video, here is a concept for it. Imagin the normal lances like the old valcyrie from warmind where they come back and you can freezy people with it. When airborn you can do a groundpound with your lance to shatter them. And then, when using your alt fire you charge up a huge lance shot that gets rid of your entire super bar once activated and throws a huge lance at the enemy, dealing insane damage and freezing them afterwards, similar to the hunger arc spear, but without additional damage ticks

Here's an idea for the second stasis super for all three classes
    Titan super Lancer
Cast an ice spear , its heavy attacks cause massive aoe damage and massive boss or champion damage, its light attacks is a third person glavie attacks
    Warlock super seniturion
Summon three ice scorpion turrets in pvp: The turrets have a crit spot on them and can easily shoot the ice staff to
    Hunter super silencer
Cast ice scythe, its heavy attack shoots an ice projectile in pvp players can shoot the ice projectile, its light attack will slashing the enemy
    New melees
Titan throwing lance can cause the enemy to be frozen.
Warlock don't have a name for it yet, but it grants the warlcok two melee charges
practically is throwing snowballs at the enemy one to slow another to freeze
Hunter don't have a name for it yet, but its a small version of the scythe grant two melee charge similar to the Warlock one where slash slows the enemy and the other freeze the enemy
    New grenade cryo
Cause the enemy to freeze, but if player gets cryo, it provides a fifty percent damage resist
New fragment shard of cryo increased the benefits for cyro grenade fifty percent to fifty-five percent, and its freezing effect is increased as well.

You definitely make some great points there. Shiver Strike needs to be fixed, shit's awful. Giving it back some distance and knockback and fixing its hit detection would probably do wonders for it. And for the super I'd probably agree as well, although I think Diamond Lance could work as a Roaming if it was effectively a Diamond Javelin; So you could throw it, slam it into the ground and all that, but you could also Pole Vault yourself into the air with it as well, giving yourself great momentum and a solid height advantage, potentially allowing you to fling yourself over large groups of enemies at high speed. (But it's only usable on the ground since Pole Vaulting in midair would be kinda dumb.) And as a whole, it would be a much more fun and exciting super for creating large quantities of Crystals as well, since you're not just slamming into the ground for the Nth time.
But here's what I think Stasis Titan really needs honestly, not so much for a balancing perspective, but just for a fun and interactivity perspective.
Stasis Titan should be able to physically pick up Stasis crystals from Hoarfrost-Z, Diamond Lance, Glacier Grenade, etc. And straight up smash it into the Ground like you've picked up a Stone Pillar. Stasis Titan is all about Smashing and Destroying the Crystals, so why not do it in the most interactive way yet; using them like One Use Melee Weapons?
No cooldown or any bullshit limiting it, just pure "Hey there, Ogre. You see this Wall of Stasis Crystals next to you? I'm going to pick each one up, and one by one, smash them into your fucking face."
I feel that would be a rather fun and interactive way of interacting with Stasis Crystals, especially since you could still reap the same benefits from using them like that as you would from sliding into them or using Shiver Strike. And at the end of your Smashing Crystals into Ogre Combo, (Ogre just as an example) you'd likely have a Diamond Lance lying around to utilise, potentially allowing you to extend the combo.

Stasis lacks a buff keyword like the 3.0 subclasses(Amped, radiant, restoration, invisible, woven mail). So maybe change tectonic harvest give the whisper of rime effect(healing or gaining overshield) by default which would still stack with the fragment. If Bungie insists on keeping OS as a void thing, instead flavor it as "stasis plating", a new keyword. Stasis plating will go over parts of your character and just flat out blocks projectiles until it either is shot off or the timer expires. Much like energy weapons dealing more damage to matching shields, stasis weapons have the easiest time breaking plating. This will separate Behemoth titans from the other stasis subclasses by giving it the most efficient way to proc the plating. Giving it the role of the frontline heavy hitter.
For a reworked super: Let me call it Avalanche. It starts by the player slamming a large diamond lance on the ground. This causes a large radius, marked off by medium sized stasis crystals. Friendlies standing in it gain constantly regenerating stasis plating and their weapon fire gains the effects of slow/freeze like a permanent chill clip. Enemies caught in the initial slam are snap frozen. Essentially, imagine an icy well of radiance. The idea is that unlike well or Ward of Dawn which is for holding ground, this is meant to be a siege tool allowing your team to push into hostile territory.

So here is an Idea. Each Titan subclass needs to focus on a manifestation of a Melee based tool. Solar has a Hammer. Ark, a Fist. Void has the Shield. Stasis, like you said, should have a Lance. Finally Strand, witch is a bit tricky. I suggest that it still be a Blade, and while you could have one super that is the Hand blades, I suggest you make an insta cast super based around launching one Strand Lash as a super large blade of Severing Energy. Go into the Sever idea.
For Warlock, we focus on creating the most potent forms of Light and Dark possible, allowing it to shape itself. We wield a Flaming sword that flings slashes of flame, or create a purple sphere of death and destruction. We summun and spin threads from the universe into needles that respin themselves into threadlings. I suggest that we add two more supers. A stasis one focused on Freezing targets for extended periods of time, and a strand one focused on less on weaving, and more about manipulating. A super that ties targets together, pulling them closer and closer, doing more damage as they get closer. Killing a tied target will cause all other targets tied to it to take damage. Tie everything together.
Hunters focus on imbuing tools with the light, not making tools out of the Light, though they can do this. This is why alot of there supers focus on a tool like titan, but seem less light/dark esque. Strand and Solar do this perfectly. Ark has a Staff, and void has a bow. I wish both were more common within there subclass. Stasis has the Picks, but its more excusable as it is Ice.

Basically old sunsinger but for stasis titan. The twist is when you take damage your DR keeps increasing as if you are literally freezing the bullets enemies are hitting your with. Then the damage you do take effectively increases the damage of your super which diamond lances replace your grenade. Then before the super runs our you unleash your frozen armor into a big diamond lance and all enemies killed in the blast turn into stasis crystals. This way instead of it being a free instant heal like Solar Titan there is some differentiating of efforts and for a moment you become the gd raid boss and a character who could be halfway useful for optimal dps strats and speed runs in PVE. You can still use your guns while in the super and we get something that actually has some range so it's freaking useful in raids which are Bungies big hype activity for an expansion.
The very fact that the class that is supposed to be the Tank class still to this day doesn't have a single exotic that actually makes you tankier where as Warlocks have 2 and hunters have 1 boggles my mind and we are supposed to be the class that has to get up in enemies faces to even do anything.

Behemoth has always had its identity jumbled with striker titans being a dark blue recolour. Aside from the huge gauntlet, they most of the time had nothing unique going for them both in a visual concept identity(their inspiration) and gameplay identity. They have a big fist but throws ice spears, they are slow and lumbering and can't manage moving 3 steps before being obliterated by a couple sniper shots. They are supposed to be close ranged but don't feel like it and I'm unsure if they are meant to be mobile, momentum based attackers with cryoclasm or mid ranged combatants with icefall mantles or cadmus ridge lance caps.
To separate them from other titans.
Strikers: Behemoths shouldn't necessarily be slower but probably less flank-worthy. Instead of shoulder charging or thundercrashing to get around, stasis titans would rather run forward towards the enemy, crashing through crystals, tanking shots or being behind cover.
Sentinels: If a sentinel uses buffs and barricades, a behemoth would make walls that the enemy physically can't move through or too slow when doing so. Tho on the topic on an overshield, a stasis overshield could be a more durable at the caveat of being harder to utilise/or acquire(i.e stasis shards).
Sunbreakers: Solar titans are from what I see are environmental with the usage of sunspots. If sunspots acts as both defensive strongpoint and a deterrent then stasis crystals can also act as a bulwark while also being essentially exploding barrel equivalents.
Berserkers: Similar to strikers being close ranged but are also disabling with their suspensions. To make these titans differ in terms of the disabling department, a berserker would use suspend to get close to you, a behemoth should use freeze and slow when you are approaching them.
    ----
With this in mind, I have two ideas for behemoth. The gimmick that should stay consistent however. That being the creation and shattering of stasis crystals.
A physical defender which uses stasis crystals and debuffing capabilities to slow down enemies, changing the ground you are fighting on to their terms. Close to mid range combat, using stasis crystals to create chokepoints or roadblocks like Castle from Rainbow 6. They should be able to lockdown a capture point or when in a firefight, block of the enemies opportunities to jump you so that you can clean them up or take a breather. With the addition of an overshield, being a more ground-based version of a sentinel titans playstyle. Essentially being 2 steps ahead, patiently expecting each encounter as a stoic, headstrong bulwark.
Or you can be a battering ram, tanking shots and being the main focus. Stasis crystals still play a role but your job is to be as stubborn as possible whilst also being mobile like a rhino. Faceforward and blunt, stasis crystals still play as a focus but more as a distraction until they become shattered. In PvE, freezing and shattering everything headfirst but in PvP, being an anti-defensive freight train, smashing through organisation as you appear near unstoppable. You should be able to go toe to toe with supers as well, even shutting them down. Cool aid man energy
Identity wise the fits them being this unstoppable golem, troll or warlord with an iron fist. You command the arena with your very presence, you dictate how the combat goes not as a commander but as a force of nature, a wild brute in the mist, causing disaster and leaving behind a wake of destruction. An absolute unit that if too close, retaliates with pure ferocity. Unlike the savage, untamed side of berserkers, a behemoth would not act wild, just accordingly and enough.
    -----
Super concepts, both original ones being one-off
A giant groundpound that creates a giant stasis wall that is harder to shatter by normal standards. Think the other behemoth from the game "Evolve" and his rock wall. An alternative to that could be an amped up version of the howl of the storm melee, just much larger and in a cone shape. Think more a utility super than outright damage.
Or throwing a giant boulder of stasis energy, when colliding creates a large radius of stasis crystals jutting out, instantly killing or freezing those caught in it.
An improved version of glacial quake. Make it momentum based like shoulder charge. The longer you sprint forward, the more distance your punches reaches and power they have. This both balances out the slow speed and makes it different from other roaming supers, making you into a catapult and the ultimate breaching tool to sentinel bubbles, radiant wells or large groups.
    ----
Two melee ideas that fits the juggernaut idea. If stasis hunter and warlock is all about range and freezing/slowing. The titan should focus on the shattering idea and using their bodies like true titans would.
A shoulder charge super that works like the concrete dash from "Infamous second son". The titan becomes encased in stasis crystals, sprinting forward with a temporary overshield for the run animation and instantly smashing stasis crystals. When the titan collides with another enemy, they grab them and turn them into a stasis bomb until they hit another enemy or into a wall kinda like Reinhart from overwatch.
Or an improved version of shiver strike that actually works. Just think of Hellboy and his giant fist but ice. Common suggestion being, make it fast, make it hit and make that knockback absolutely cracked. The difference here being "make it first person just to change things up a bit" and "it freezes on contact". When punched, the enemy becomes a sliding frag grenade really. If punching a plain old stasis crystal, they will also become instant sliding, shatter bombs when contacting a wall.
    ----
Aspects and how I would improve them.
    Cryoclasm: Pretty nice
Howl of the storm: I like it but with consecration and tempest strike being two things, I think we can make something different.
Tectonic harvest: Unless Bungie gives the other classes aspects related to firesprites, void breaches and ionic traces or just make stasis shards automatically built in to the subclass instead of a fragment, I felt stasis shards is what made Behemoth titan feel unique with its whole crystal motif, even if its better on the other classes. To buff, maybe combine the other aspects and give warlock and hunter new ones. Or build in whisper of rime potentially? The other classes being durable is nice but it sucks knowing that stasis warlocks are better tanks than stasis titan.
Diamond Lance: I like it a lot but to the conflicting identity of behemoth titans, I am not sure. Gameplay wise, they sit around just fine, even if I feel hunters may feel more at home with something like it. Unless behemoth becomes the spear class(based on Roman, viking or anglo saxons) then I don't feel it belongs that well.
    Orignal Aspects
Idea 1) Shattering stasis crystals or frozen enemies grants you stasis overshield. Instead of being instantly regenerating it compiles only when you shatter those things, adding a portion of overshield instead. More durable than void overshield, harder to gain. Can still sprint but yes, at a slightly slower speed, however can still jump. When shot at, it looks as if the shield is chipping apart. Also unpowered melees slows enemies.
Idea 2) Okay, when near a stasis crystal or frozen enemy, when running up to them you grab it and fling it with your full force, turning it into an instant shatter
Idea 3) Another comment stated this, a class ability converted into a stomp that slows down the enemy.
That concludes my overall thoughts of behemoth. I wish for these guys to be atleast somewhat relevant in the meta but with a unique flavour rather than a reskinned striker with no good sides.

    Idea for a different super.
Frostbite: Summon a Stasis covered rocket launcher to fire a volatile icicle.
Fire button: Shoot a giant icicle that one shots guardians on direct hit. After an impact the icicle will act like a lasting impression rocket and charge up before causing a explosion that damages and freezes targets that get hit by it. Shatters any nearby stasis crystals.
Melee button: Slam the rocket launcher into the ground and detonate the icicle immediately, causing the same explosion as the one that happens where you fire.

Most of my playtime has been nothing BUT Behemoth. I played this game for over 1,000 hours, and at least 90% of that playtime has been with Behemoth, straight up. Can't say I'm a expert or anything, but I can say I'm pretty damn devout to the way of ice munching. So, here's what I think:
For one, I feel like Stasis as a whole needs to be brought in line with all other subclasses, light and dark, before balance can be introduced in a way that'd make Behemoth satisfying to use. Stasis is the only class that currently ties its main element-themed energy currency (Stasis Shards) to a Aspect slot. All other classes do not get this; instead, they develop their own things passively as a part of their fragments or a part of their fragment. I really feel like Stasis Shards should be given the same treatment as all other elements first, before they go on with other balance changes. As such, all the Harvest mods must go.
Next, for the Fragment changes. Each of these will work under the notion that Shards will follow the general behavior of Breaches, Traces, and Firesprites. Shards will give 10% Melee energy on pick up. I feel like every Stasis class, not just Behemoth, needs to be held to a similar framework that all other classes have been thus far.
Whisper of Refraction will give a Stasis Shard upon freezing a target.
Whisper of Impetus will give a Stasis Shard upon damaging a target with a Stasis melee attack. This will also work with melee attacks from stasis glaives, like Winterbite.
Whisper of Shards will give a Stasis Shard upon shattering a Stasis crystal.
Whisper of Rime will give you half of the total Stasis overshield, instead of a small overshield. This would translate to more significant healing, and can be refreshed much like Rime always has.
Whisper of Fissures actually increases the potency of shattering frozen targets and crystals, instead of just layering another explosion on top of it. This fragment has not played nice with anything; it hasn't with weapons, it hasn't with the old mod system, and it definitely hasn't played nice with the new mod system either.
Whisper of Hunger will be improved so each Stasis Shard gives 25% of your melee, instead of 10%.
Now, here's what I will propose for Behemoth specifically:
Shiverstrike is getting changes already getting changes; buffing its thrust in-and-out of super, and buffing its in-super damage. So, it'd be better for mobility, but I think that it needs its knockback against players increased. Considering its thrust will increase, I feel confident that it won't need the damage, but the spacing would be very nice. It'll set yourself up for a easier weapon attack, or help you finish them off and ragdoll them to the closest solar system.
If I really had the ability to choose, I would've gladly made Hoarfrost-Z into a Behemoth Aspect, because having Stasis crystals as your class ability is fun as all heck. Though, if I can't do that, then I think I'm fine with the Behemoth aspects as-is. Cryoclasm serves as a great way of breaking ice, diamond lance is great at PVE when in conjunction with Agers Scepter, and Howl of the Storm... It's fine, I think. With Stasis Shards being treated in the way I described, the Three Behemoth Strategy no longer becomes a very toxic strategy that's going to ruin the rep of every Behemoth out there!
    Me included.
As for Glacial Quake, I do have one buff in mind for it: I'd narrow the wave of Stasis Crystals that you'd make on a heavy attack. That way you can aim your cone to get the most amount of damage out of them, especially against bosses who tend to be agile or just not fat and lethargic.

As someone who basically only plays stasis titan in pve and pvp I could say the class is not as bad as people say it is. First the melee, shiver strike is an excellent melee that is used for multiple things, one is to shatter crystals, another reason is for mobility because it actually lets you go a pretty good distance and another is to knock back enemies. People have a problem with the hit detection because they don’t know that you need to let go of the melee button when you’re near an enemy so it properly tracks to them. Next the super, Glacial quake in pvp needs to just be a faster super in order to be good but in some situations it’s really good for locking down a area, however in pve Glacial quake is in my opinion the best roaming super in the game, the amount of damage you can do with the crystals from the heavy attack is insane, I did the arms dealer gm earlier and you can clear entire rooms with it. Stasis titan is highly slept on and I wish more people actually gave it a chance.

Honestly I would rather they just outright replaced the melee or turned it into a copy of the shoulder charge from the light subclasses that freezes or something, I don't think a speed buff or a buff to it's reliability to hit things would be enough for it to be actually useful. It was very clear to me when I first got behemoth that it's only actual use was breaking stasis crystals, and that it could be done 10x better by just shooting them and especially by using cyoclasm if that's what your goal is. I think it should be changed to a chargable throwing lance that goes farther and deals more damage the more you charge until max, give it an arc when thrown and it becomes a melee that requires skill to use in order to hit targets. Make it also able to hit headshots to reward being able to aim it more and already I think we've got a much better melee on our hands.
Also I agree that behemoth should get a super where we throw a giant stasis lance at enemies, maybe it could also hit headshots to make it unique among the other shut-down supers (and also to connect it to the new melee). I think that the roaming super can be reworked slightly and be made a thousand times better, all that really needs to happen is that the stasis crystals that get spawned by the slam spawn much closer together making the boss DPS potential (which is actually a massive amount) not require something like a bubble or the exotic glaive to get the most out of.

I used to have a very fun Stasis Titan before the new mods where you used Well of Life because stasis crystal explosions worked to spawn Solar Wells so you focused on making every single one of your abilities spawn Crystals (Glacier nade, Howl melee, Hoarfrost-Z barricade) and then made a tanky build that just outlasted the enemies. Impossible with the new mod system but until they fix shards to be capable of granting Armor Charge, it's still pretty usable in PvE as long as you run mods to make sure your crystals pop orbs constantly (firepower, heavy handed, reaper) and you can heal off those orbs (better already, recuperation) and get overshield from shards with whisper of rime.
You seem to be talking more about PvP, so I've no idea. I like the idea of a shutdown super and making Howl a melee ability instead of an Aspect, but I actually quite like quake for PvE because alternating waves and dashes to shatter is fun and on bosses hitting the sweetspot of range makes all the waves hit them and shiverstrike is still okay for just shattering in PvE but could use less drop more tracking and maybe alter the base speed and distance to work on a charge up mechanic?
So basically, why not give the dark subclasses like Stasis (and Strand) an ability update where they all get a second super and new melee options so everyone is happy?

Behemoth is one of the weakest titan subclasses for pve. I hope Bungie can buff stasis now that all the other subclasses are now top-grade

Trash opinion, stasis Titian is crazy. So many ways to make stasis crystals get infinite overshield and high ability regan with the stasis crystals since you spawn so many
