- in this video I built an old (High and) gaming PC from 2008 from the best components at that time, then this computer cost about $3,000 for a new one, but now I spent only $150 on it. And in this video I will upgrade this PC and install a modern powerful AMD graphics card and a more powerful CPU in it.

@@theguywhoisalive We had Core 2 Quads released at the same time which eats both the celeron and the xeon used in this build ..... then later in 2008 we had our first "Core" CPU's released with the mighty bang for the buck i7 920 !!!
You'd have to have been a fool to be using a Celeron for gaming ................... even the old Pentium 4's from 2004 are better !!!

Nice video you got some talent. The Raidmax Sagitta came out closer to 2004. One of my favorite builds I have done in my life. I still have my XP build. The Sagitta ii came out in 2008.

Quality of the video was good, but the GTX 280 was basically done dirty, at no point did it ever get to stretch its legs, sticking to between 10-50~% utilization, being heavily gimped by that celeron dual core, and the gpu upgrade only made that worse lol.

GTX 280 was being bottlenecked. It was like pairing a RTX 4080 super with a Pentium G7400 nowadays.
Why did you put in the celeron? Its bottlenecking and its low end.

I have 4ghz on 1 Core. i have 4 cores.total 16ghz. How to make games use the entire processor and not a single core?

Upgrade cpu first i recommend the q6600 this uptade maybe give you 1.5x fps because 8mb l2 cache and 2.4 ghz quad core but you have a gpu bottleneck gtx 280 is to weak for q6600 on 1366x768 resulation try 1024x768 or 800x600 on mid settings its a good choice far cry 1 and cod 2 maybe you can play 30 fps minecraft 1.13 on 30 fps at min settings

6800 xt doesn't even hit above 35% usage, big bottleneck
lol those cpu's are such bottlenecks, you would probably get the same fps as the gtx 280

А смысл разгона селерона, изначально нужно было ставить кор дуо или кор квад, или хотя бы пенёк мощный. Ты поставил топовую видеокарту тех лет к дохлому процу.
Дальше уже не аутентично, поставил ксеон, который работал на серверных машинах и его не покупали обычные пользователи и поставил современную видеокарту.

this pc is dumb, the best cpu from 2008 is i7 965 and its way better than some shit celeron on s775
You just didn't watch the video to the end. I changed the Celeron to a xeon 5482 which is an analogue of some of the most powerful core 2 quad.
Wait, there is no i7 processor on socket 775. core i3,5,7 appeared for the first time on the next socket 1156
