I was on a long dry spell myself . Finally on November 15 grunted in a real good 8 here in Wv and was able to make a perfect shot at 12 yds from the ground . That’s a real nice deer my friend you should be more than proud of yourself.

I was able punch a doe tag here on opening weekend for rifle on button buck. Had less 3 inch stub. Came in from creek bottom up to me on top feeding. End my dry spell of 4 years . I missed one lass year crossbow at 17 yards on deflect bolt and missed one rifle on close shot up the mountains bc scope mount high didn't accout for it.
Congratulations on wv buck. Iv called few over years my big Puplic-Land 8 with muzzloader and one last year watch run off with doe.

I wish I could say I've never had that happened to me. It is part of it. Probably best for CZcams the camera focused on your carabiner. Congratulations, you have certainly put in your time to get that buck.

Congratulations buddy you have nothing to be sorry for. That is a trophy as far as I'm concerned all deer are trophies I have shot spikes that mean as much to me as some of the big ones I have gotten. I shot a six point in West Virginia this year and he is a trophy to me first bow kill in that state. I think you may have gotten a little excited on this one lol. The bow was actually owned by Mark Caldwell. It was made by Mark Lauver.
@HardwayOutdoors that is cool. Mark Caldwell got me into traditional archery this year, and i hunted with him all through archery season here in PA this year and some of rifle.
