- The Karen Read case attracted supporters from both sides to the courthouse.
Read's supporters said Monday that they'll accept the mistrial, but those who said they were supporting John O'Keefe's family left pretty quickly.

The FBI was called in by DOJ to investigate the investigation they have concluded this but haven’t released the report yet but it appears they found nothing amiss apart from Trooper Proctors unsavoury texts.

I havn't Read what this is about, but I know for a fact that a Karen is always guilty!
The worst evidence against her was the hysterical anger she showed in the phone messages. She seemed capable of anything in those moments-
When she couldn't find him and she was home connected to wifi.

We know John went inside and descended stairs based on his Apple Health data on his cell. Karen saw him walk to the door, and all witnesses saw Karen alone in the car, and John's body wasn't on the lawn. Lucky Lauchran drove by at 2:30 and 3:30, and there was no body on the lawn. At 3:30, a light colored Ford Edge (Colin's car) was parked at the spot where John's body would later be found.
Independent biomechanical engineers proved it was scientifically impossible for John's body to have ended up where it was found due to being struck by Karen's car, and the damage to the car wasn't caused from hitting John.
He should NOT be collecting his fat paycheck and a fat pension. He should be FIRED!!!

Just pin it all on proctor, blame him for not getting guilty verdict, and move him on to a new area. Instead of investigating the death correctly and using the FBIs own evidence which shows he wasnt hit by a vehicle, then they can find out what happened. So much info on where john and karens phones were but no location data for anyone else, perhaps start with that. They are more interested in threatening youtubers and independent journalists

Proof beyond "reasonable" doubt only applies when jurors aren't UNREASONABLE! For an effective jury panel, most people lack the requisite emotional intelligence to be fair & the ability to give someone grace in times of trauma or grief. They don't realize that people all respond differently when experiencing trauma, or that "not crying during the trial" isn't an indication of guilt.
The lunatics who hear factual, credible, common sense evidence that the car didn't strike a person - and John's injuries weren't caused by a car - from the best independent experts in the nation used by the DOJ & NHL...and _still_ refuse to accept their testimony as true - are serving on juries & putting innocent people in prison ALL over...ALL the time.
So, _why_ is this our chosen justice system? Any of us could be imprisoned for something we didn't do because of those people. There are countless examples of this happening to people who were later exonerated upon further investigation. We cannot stand for this. I don't want these people on my jury if I'm ever falsely accused of a crime! I don't want my freedom taken because of a few people's blind faith in law enforcement or critique of my facial expressions.
Why do we put such an important decision in the hands of a jury with NO prerequisite IQ, education, life experience, or proven open-mindedness? Why wouldn't potential jurors have to pass a thorough screening interview, mental health assessment, psychological evaluation, or emotional intelligence screening? We all agree that our current system is wrought with human error & bias, yet we've done nothing to correct it in over 200 years!
Without enacting a more rigorous jury screening process, here's how we could improve the process to ensure defendants receive the benefit of the doubt while preventing wrongful convictions:
A "guilty" verdict must be unanimous. A 10-2 or 11-1 "not guilty" verdict is an acquittal. That way, 1 or 2 "unreasonable" people won't cause a mistrial!

If the car didn't strike John, why is he dead with taillight embedded in his clothes, his DNA on the taillight, his hair on the bumper, and no dog DNA on him? Wake up!

The common wealth did NOT prove to me beyond a reasonable doubt that Karen Read did it. The common wealth prove to me that they played defense on the deletion of messages, missing or edited videos, who was/was not at the house and defending the trooper. Now the evidence shown or testimonies said, prove to me someone else has committed the crime and tried to pin it on someone else. If you think she’s guilty, then tell me why police protocol was not followed on searching the house of Albert? Some say” no evidence showing the house was involved in this case”. Well, not all evidence is going to be given or shown to you. That’s why detectives FIND evidence and how does anyone know that there was evidence in that house? Also why get rid of the dog? Just to much for me to say about the inconsistencies in the stories of the people in that house that night.
