A 4 year old working to help provide for his family is incredible. Our 4 year olds couldn't function in a room alone let alone out in public. Also, what does that say about their society that you can trust to have your 4 year old out in the streets alone.

I'm an Egyptian that was raised in Canada and I always see a very clear difference between children here and there. In Egypt, they have this feeling of responsibility. Boys want to be regarded as men. They tend to act and sound like grown people. They also spend a lot of time outside, playing soccer in the streets, etc. In Canada however, I just feel like children are kinda stupid. Especially the most recent generation. They were raised by tiktok and cocomelon and as a result it feels like their brains just haven't developed as much. They don't go outside as much and they avoid any responsibilities.
