Let’s just hope it works like it’s supposed to. lol. Kinze had a school back in March that I was supposed to go to but I had to take my dad to St. Louis that same day to see a dr. So I am pretty much learning on my own. The dealer will send the planter guy out to get me started with it but this thing is sure different from the old simple planter. If this thing works, it will be great.
Out getting it done!! Now what happens if the nod off turns into a full on nap....I could probably tell you if that were me out there 🤣🤣🤣🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ Thank you Mr Jeff, enjoyed the ride!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🌽🌽🌽😁
Haha. It is nice to have it. Just makes the day less stressful, especially having to watch the applicator constantly the first few rounds checking for leaks in the hoses. I had so many the first round it was pathetic. Those plastic lines get cracks in them and you can’t find all of them until you run gas through them.
There's nothing much going on here in my area of MN. The weather hasn't been very cooperative lately. A few days ago it was in the low 80's & today it was in the 30's with some snow flurries. It is wet here & it will be a while yet before we get in the fields here. Hope you have a good planting season.
It really cut loose here this week. Lots of planters was running Wednesday. Had a storm roll through last night and dumped about an inch of rain. Mid 40’s this morning after it’s been in the 80’s all week. Hope you can get some cooperative weather soon.
TGIF one happy farmer, how's the new side by side, did you get new shoes and did you fix the ladder on trailer. We are all servants of God, could say you got a plush assignment .you could be shoveling pig manure
I haven’t drove it yet, Sheri and the grandkids like it, that’s all that matters to me. And yes I got new work shoes but haven’t initiated them to everyday work yet. Ladder is still bent. lol
Yes it does. In long rounds I check how much is left and try to switch wagons so I’m not dead heading back a half mile. lol. But I don’t always out smart the wagon.
News item from Texas I believe, a person in a household helped themselves to the pop tart inventory, as a result, they were Shot, some folks take pop tart pilfering quite seriously 💡🇺🇸🗽🚜🍶
Great to hear from you Jeff. Farmers need huge amounts of patience which is something you have. All the best for the season
Me, have patience???? You don’t know me very well. Hahahaha
Can’t wait to see the new planter!!!

Hope it’s a good crop Jeff! Doesn’t look like we’ll get to do much planting till May here.
Not much moving here anymore either. Had an inch Thursday night and now it’s really cooled off. Got frost warnings out for tomorrow morning.
At least you are getting something accomplished. We are setting again for things to dry out.
got rain Thursday night, been sitting here too.
Nelson has spare wheels for the bus if they start falling off 😂
I sure do, even bought an extra set for the days to come 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Hahaha. And he has the service truck to put them on for me.

So far I’ve been fortunate to not have fallen soundly asleep. Lol

I’m glad you got auto steer in the long country mile rows ! That starring at a row marker can be nerve racking lol !

Haven't been this excited for planting since I had to drink clean out juice for a colonoscopy 😆
And that is a very accurate statement for this year. lol
Pretty excited to plant $4 corn this spring !,
Dang right!!! With the state of affairs this country is in, I’m so full of optimistic excitement.
Not much going on up here in vemilion county. Only seen one planter and two working dirt on way to matton yesterday
It slowed down here for now. Had a good rain last night.
Jeff, here is you regular New Holland comment, Your NH's will look sexy with Ford White rear fenders, 😅
I think I like them blue myself. lol.

Hey Jeff, does inspector #12 lay off the headlands for you or is he strictly yield only? 😂😂
Hahaha. He gets to do about everything I do.
@@onehappyfarmer3461 I figured so. 😂😂😂🤔
That new kinze will have the neighbors drooling . & grumpy as well. 🛐
Most guys around here won’t even notice. Everyone else always have the latest and greatest stuff years before I do.
Try to contain your excitement jeff. 😅
It’s really difficult this year, but I promise I’ll do better in future videos. Lol
That a pretty long day. Anhydrous prices this year ok? I’ve never used.
A lot better than last year. About $500 a ton less. That’s what happens when corn was $6.50 and now this spring it’s $. 4.50
I bet it stinks to run out all the way to the back of the field!

When will fertilizer prices drop like the corn futures, actually seed costs aren't falling either. 👍
My fertilizer cost is lower than last year, but seed was considerably higher.
