Also, I hate when the Boston media was talking about coach saying Drake has a lot of work to do. Guess what every rookie has a lot of work to do even Caleb Williams. They are a rookie. So then you hear people in the media criticizing Drake because the coach said he has a lot of work to do.😂 it’s so obvious most media people never played football in their life or the sport they cover.
Exactly, look no one knows which of these rookies is actually going to be successful. We just don’t know, but I like the talent of Drake Maye. He’s athletic, he can run, he has height, and an arm. That’s more than what most come into the league with. He seems tough too…he took a lot of hits last year as he stood in there delivering the ball. He has as good a chance as any of the top 3 selected to be successful.

For real. If a coach said their rookie QB didn’t have something to work on I’d be way more concerned because that would mean the coaching staff is inept. There is not a single rookie that doesn’t have something to work on.

As a huge patriots fan, I’m not expecting to win the Super Bowl this year. I am though very excited about the future. I expect to be back in the mix and contending for the AFC crown within 3 years. I would like to see Jacoby start the year first. Then let Drake take over beginning of next season.

Jakobi start the season so drake can get the hang of it first so we don’t ruin him by throwing him into the fire if he isn’t ready let him cook unless he just flourishes well during training camp and becomes more consistent and overall the best QB
I really hope they are comfortable with Drake going into week 10 & on. Would love to see those late half of the year QB matchups. With this defense & the way our team plays the Bills, we could really mess them up if Drake starts balling out.

It does not matter if he was drafted third, overall. The patriots are not expecting to win the Super Bowl. Chicago went all in to get Caleb. Good weapons. They want to win it. The patriots aren’t there yet. They quarterback they drafted is only 21 years old. There’s no need to start him. I’m a huge patriots fan and I wanted three months ago before Caleb or Jaden. I want Jaden over Caleb. I just think Drake at 21 when you think about a 10 year window. I think Drake will turn out to be the best QB out of three of them.

I would be shocked if Zappe is on the roster come training camp, nevermind starting. He definitely looks like the odd man out.
Milton doesn’t have good accuracy or touch. Those are 2 major knocks on him. I do like him as a developmental guy as a backup plan for Drake, but I have a ton of confidence in Drake. Seems like a great leader & I think a lot of his issues are overstated because of prospect fatigue & his terrible supporting cast last year.
Start drake you can’t get better sitting on the bench unless your sitting and watching a pro like roger or Brady etc
