- Pokemon dropped a WHOLE BACKSTORY for Pecharunt! While the backstory wasn't in the Mochi Mayhem epilouge for the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Hidden Treasure of Area Zero DLC, it was released by Pokemon on CZcams and it's pretty frikkin cool! Ogrepon goes crazy in this as well!

The only reason it makes sense why it wasn't in the game is that there was literally no one around to tell its side of the story. No one in Kitakami knew of this Pokémon's existence. Only the loyal 3. And the old couple had no children to pass on their tale of Pecharunt to later generations of their family like Kieran's grandpa did with Ogrepon. So how the hell are you supposed to tell Pecharunt's backstory in the game? It's not like Pecharunt can tell his story himself.
Honestly, if it grew up, it’s mind control powers could probably be used to communicate like Calyrex.

So true. In the League Club Room, Carmine has a dialogue where she says that Pecharunt somehow reminds her of the Loyal Three, and to quote her: "But it's not like we can ask the Pokemon about all this... I guess the truth will always be a mystery!"

People realizing just how beast Ogerpon truly is. She solo’d 4 poison type Pokémon, at a type disadvantage, no Terastal, and without the cornerstone mask.
In Pokemon battles, they hold back to prevent killing opponents. In that condition, ogerpon was filled with rage and was going all out without holding back which is how she killed the loyal 3.

It's not just greed, its desires that get heightened in general. Too much Mochi they get dependent on it to the point it becomes an obssession. In the end Pecharunt just wanted affection from others and was mostly unaware that his mochi had negative effects, he only saw it nade people like him. Hence why he did what he did in Mochi Mayhem, he wanted that same kind of admiration or love its caretakers gave given it. While sad, it does not excuse the crimes it orchestrated. Theft and accidental murder. Accident or not, murder us murder. So Ogrepon is rightfully angry. Especially for what comes after for both. Pecharunt while partly sympatheic is still selfish in how it achieves its goals.

Pecharunt was mis-guided. It very clearly mean’t no harm. It only wanted the elderly couple’s affection. A counter balance to it being out its greed would help like cresselia and its lunar wing for darkrai’s nightmares that darkrai unintentionally harms people with. Darkrai even appreciates cresselia.
That is true, but it costed the life of someone that was near and dear to Ogrepon, so it was understandable why she was angry. I'm not saying that percharunt Isn't sympathetic but that they aren't blameless either.

The most tragic thing about Pecharunt is that its life is a lie.
It wants to help with the old couple's wishes, but these wishes only exist because of his control on them, which it doesn't seem to realize is going on.
The real old couple's personality and wishes have been replaced by this for years because of their possessed state.
These two aren't the old couple that cared for him and that he loves so much anymore, and it can't bring them back to their normal selves because it doesn't seem to understand what's going on.
And it's the same with the Loyal Three. It genuinly cares for them, but their friendship is fake. They're just more creatures under its control.
What it doesn't realize is that all the people and Pokémon around him don't care for it because they're its friends, but because they're possessed.
He genuinly cares for them, and it's a bit sad that these friendships aren't real.
It might as consider as you met a friend who really cared for you，really help you everything

The loyal 3 arent actually mind controlled by pecha. They dont have those purple glowy eyes, Pecharunt only granted them their wish and that's why they wanted to help pecharunt in return. They indeed ARE the loyal 3, they are loyal to themselves and their master pecharunt

Honestly I was enthralled by the back-and-forth of the stories behind the Kitakami legends. Pecharunt just wanted to please the couple that took care of it. Even though they were consumed by greed, Pecharunt just wanted to see them happy. In fact, it probably is still trying, not even realizing the couple is long gone now.
I wonder if a future Johto based game will allow Pecharunt some closure. This story was successful in making me feel bad for the little peach thing.
This is how mythicals should be treated have some backstory to them and it solved some the mystery of why it went to kitakami, why it wanted the masks, and how it ended up at peachy’s without the owners realizing it was a Pokémon since it stayed in its dormant state where they probably went to the forest and found it lying there. It didn’t die but the moment the mystical pecha berry showed up it woke up and it did try to look for the masks again bc Nemona when possessed she went to where the remaining masks were originally being kept but couldn’t find them so it saw the shrine where the loyal 3 were buried so it got to see it’s friends tombstone so it was probably really shocked to see that they were alive but also surprised of the betrayal after all they’ve been through. It’s just fascinating that gamefreak said “We will gaslight the fans to make them believe pecharunt is a sympathetic character” which it is I feel bad for it but villains can have sympathetic backstories. Who knows if they will ever explain how the loyal 3 came back to life (doubtful that they will). I’m sure the mochi can have different effects depending on how Pecharunt feels so with the old ppl it still had negative effects with drawing greed but it loved them, make Pokémon stronger like the loyal 3, and mind control with the epilogue. Last thing is the video says pecharunt is a timid Pokémon and the nature given to pecharunt for every player when caught is Timid which is a nice attention to detail.

Instead of being downloaded and suddenly its in the game. This one got a backstory. All mythical Pokemon should be treated this wat moving forward.

My local store isnt gamestop but we do have access to events now like how I was able to obtain shiny Zacian, Shiny Zamazenta and so on but the fact still stands that not everyone has access to this.

Okay so call me crazy but maybe the whole situation, with Mochi Mayhem we did get to see the "Greed" of each character, but not exactly in the same way as we might think, since each of the companions (except Carmine) still talked just a bit even under Pecharunts control, their desires "Little Buddy" for Arvin, we're basically the closest person to him considering... Well you know the whole story of Scarlet and Violet happened, Penny... Eevee's just Eevee's, and Nemona is obvious enough she's so battle hungry that she wants a battle with you and Pecharunt takes advantage of that situation. And if anything with Kiren was actually confirmed with the prologue, his Greed became getting stronger, so he became so obsessed with it that he did basically nothing but train himself. If we saw something like that for each of the people that we know about (Arvin, Penny, and Nemona) Arvin would probably just be clinging to the player never leaving you alone, Penny would be hogging all the Eevee's no matter who's or what kind of Eevee it might be, and Nemona would probably be stopping you to battle every ten seconds (so basically the Victory Road section of the base game but worse)

You know how dragons sometimes have hoards in stories? Im now pictureing that but it's Penny and her hoard is just eevees
In Spanish Arven says Mochi-dillos likely as a reference to the bocadillos (sandwhiches) he used to heal Mabosstiff. Penny is even more clear she's mentionning her Eevee-lotions since she says Mochi-vivis and she called her team Vivis previously.
The thing is is that Kieran never ate the poison mochi but the indigo disk basically just shows us what would have happened in a nutshell after the teal mask
I think pecharunt was trying to find the loyal 3 and was using the town to help. That is why it brought nemona to the loyal 3's shrine.

Terapagos - a literal baby tortoise who holds immense power and the source of a gimmick .
Ogerpon- wasn't a baby but was very child-like . A traumatized little girl who got misunderstood for avenging her hooman's death .
Pecharunt- Just a little guy wanting love .
In the animation it implies that pecharunt with the last of its strength retreated into its shell and basically fell into a coma. It’s likely the scent of the pecha berry woke it up. And it’s most likely unaware of how much time has passed and doesn’t know the fate of the old couple so it reverts back to default. Get mask, give to old couple, and be loved. It likely doesn’t want to repeat its mistakes especially with no retainers it tries to control the whole town to get the masks back from you. Also from the timeline of events it’s likely that it doesn’t even know what okidogi and phezendipididid to ogrepons owner. I’m sure pecharunt would empathize with ogrepon after basically losing the person it loved most.
Another thing that makes it hard to be implemented in the base game is that part of the kitikami storyline is the fact that history has been severely altered from the truth. Ogerpon was seen as the villain while the others were the heroes. We learn later on that Ogerpon was merely defending itself and their master and not really out for blood. Now there's another subversion here saying that Pecharunt is neither good nor bad and is just a pokemon with good intentions but due to their ability they can't express that intention in ways that don't involve poisoning and mind control.
Now I imagine that, what if you read both story from the village and Peachrunt's side, but never read Ogerpon story

Ogrepon probably had much more battle experience than pecharunt, munkidori, okidogi and fezandipiti. Since she was trained, while they where all pretty new to battling. So this is why she a grass type can defeat them.
There are some inconsistencies between the lore dropped in the game and this new lore video regarding the effects of Pecharunt's poison. I'm more inclined to believe the original bits that say that Pecharunt's poison can do two things: 1) Bring a person under its control (if it chooses) and 2) bring out a person's inner desires and nature. When Arven took it, you'll notice that he became shy and embarassed. When Penny took it, she became very energetic. When Pecharunt's caretakers took it, they became greedy. I think these are who these people are at their cores but they keep them buried for one reason or another. Even the Loyal Three, I think the poison chains brought out their loyalty. Overall, Pecharunt is still technically the "villain" here because it too got greedy. It wasn't content with the level of love and affection its caretakers were giving it so it gave them the mochi to at least partially enthrall them to it to make them lavish it with even more love. But it brought out their inner greedy natures as well. Pecharunt could've realized what it was doing to them but decided to indulge their greed rather than release them from the poison. I wondered why Pecharunt tried to control everyone in the town when it reawakened and I thought maybe it was doing it all for fun given the funny dance it was making them do but someone pointed out to me that it might still want the masks but is trying to make everyone in town its thralls first to make the search easier. End of it all, Pecharunt isn't "evil" but rather a spoiled, selfish child that doesn't understand boundaries.

huh never thought about the concept of different people eat Peachrunt mochi, had very different effect
I thought it just make them even greedy from what they already have, or just enhance their desire

but in epilogue, it makes thing so weird that people just dancing and expect Arven, Penny and Nemona，other just don't had their own personality shown up during their dance
I really hate that they didnt make Ivy Cudgel be super effective against poison. That would have been really awesome and lore accurate.

Also by contrast Orgerpon's trainer loved her for WHO SHE WAS. Not WHAT SHE WAS, or for what she could do. The man probably fought for the masks because it represented the LOVE he felt for Ogerpon. As opposed to the GREED the old couple felt for Pehcarunt.
The thing about the greed was that it was brought out. They originally loved pecharunt without the mochi manipulation. The issue here is the mochi manipulation that brought out the greed.
Well someone said somewhere that the reason it sent Nemona up to the revlers road to where the festival is was to look for the mask and as the way up to oger mountain is also that way it makes sense. But give the masks are on you she obviously wouldn't find them. Which may have lead it to check the where the loyal three used to be where the final fight ends up taking place but again they are no longer there. But on to what I originally wanted to talk about.
Carmien brings it up in her dialog in the club room. She say something along the lines of oh pecharunt feels similar to the lousy three. Oh well its not like pokemon can talk to tell us. I suppose it'll remain a mystery. Now this is me paraphrasing and not an actual quote so you'll have to look it up if you want the exact words. But it makes sense looking back that we don't know. After all its folk lore from generations ago and only a few villagers even knew what actually happened with the loyal three before we even bring up pecharunt. Its unlikely anyone is left alive that actually knows about pecharunt if anyone knew about it to begin with considering it controls other pokemon from a distance and is small. It may have never even been scene back then. After all it seems the final fight happened at night outside town. What likely happened is it followed them down the mountain atracking them and they had to pass through the town which gave the villagers there impression it was a villian and when they got to pecharunt ouside the village with the mask ogerpon finally offed them. So how is anyone going to tell us about the lore without creating a major plot hole if it's likely they never saw pecharunt.
I mean I'm with you that it should be in game somewhere but I understand why they choose to not put it in at they same time. If you understand what I'm getting at.

Are you sure? I think you and many others have apparently forgotten about all the terrible things Pecharunt did and the fact that it literally possessed an entire village with its toxic mochi. Of course, now we know that it didn’t have malicious intentions, but that does not justify its actions. Ogerpon had her masks stolen and lost her trainer because of the Loyal Three and Pecharunt. Even analyzing both sides of the story it is still clear that Ogerpon did nothing actually wrong ( she was just defending herself and trying to get her masks back ), yet Pecharunt stole, killed and Possessed ( just for its family to love it more ).
Pecharunt just wanted to be loved just like how ogerpon wanted to be loved by the villagers

The overarching storylines of SV have multiple antsgonists driving factors, but you don't need a villain for a good story. Just like how we wrre introduced to this gen with the idea of everyone having their own Treasure to hunt, we are seeing so many different people seeking their own treasure.

Me too, and i don't like that some people went on only Ogerpon's side and went hypocrite, like that stealing the masks and story about Pecharunt doesn't excuse murder, but murder in answer to the murder is good and because of that hypocrisy Ogerpon is good, but she also a murderer and also doesn't have an excuse for murder, because murder is murder no matter what, and because of that i sometimes went on Pecharunt's side, but feeling pain for both of them or it.
and i'm afraid they would abuse it just for fun and thinking that abuse pokemon is fun just because they thinks it's evil and i don't think that would be a good idea.
Is it me, or I think Kieran not only the combination of Paldea crew, but he also had similarities from both Ogerpon and Peachrunt
For Paldea Crew:
- Kieran like Arven had sensitive feelings from everyone he met，but if he considered as friends he will VERY LIKE you, maybe because Kieran also no parents but his sister and grandparents?
- Kieran like Penny had shy, introvert, weak social skills, and don't really matter what they is wrong until they noticed themselves and advised by others
- Kieran like Nemona because yes, champion and lose with Player, also really powerful if they serious
For Ogerpon:
- He loves Ogerpon, not only think she is strong, but she is also lonely because no one really like her before, just like him until met Player
- He think Ogerpon is strong and able to take on multiple opponents, as current Kieran can handle multiple villagers
For Peachrunt:
man, they also so similar that I hate to commit it but seems it was true
- Both Peachrunt and Kieran are too shy, stated from Peachrunt's nature as timid, but maybe the very first moment
- Both of them are obsessed with something, Peachrunt cares about parental love while Kieran cares about friendship
- Both of them having serious parental problems. Peachrunt's "parents" can't teach Peachrunt right or wrong, when they noticed already too late because they controlled by mochi already. Even Carmine might just treat bad but somehow care Kieran with her own way，she don't know why Kieran never understand what her concern and still used her own way
- Both of them don't know the consequence of their actions，at least Kieran had some mind since he will apologize for what he doing，but Peachrunt totally not
- Both of them messed up with two different legendaries who as mascot of each DLC, and make them very rage
- Both of them defeated by Player and somehow (maybe?) become friend with Player
- Finally，if you noticed the polarization of how people think about Peachrunt，you will noticed this is just same as Kieran. Both sides mentioned they are innocent and immature, while other sides just hate them so much for doing such bullshit and annoying as fXXk, don't even care if they allow to redeem their sins or whatever
Pecharunt gets me thinking about Evelyn from Resident Evil; just wanted a family, but comes with a side effect that includes possession of the physical vessel. Suppose this explains why this event also feels like a horror story.

Pecharunt seems like darkrai with the elderly. Mean’t no harm to them, but still ended up causing their greed to take control of them. Pecharunt would be better if it had something to balance it like cresselia does. It could be a legendary linked to the treasures of ruin in Paldea. Making sense considering the quartet’s origins outside Paldea with very clear eastern influences and the fact that the quartet’s formation were influenced by greed.
When nemona starts dancing pecharunt laughs at her. He might have a childish personality and uses all the people in mochi mayem as toys to play with.
Here’s the thing about Ogerpon beating the Loyal three. In battles that involve story, all Pokemon ignore type matchups; I’ve seen this before in past games to, like in USUM. Solgaleo and Lunala both had an advantage against Necrozma in that cutscene, and Necrozma still won and fused with them.

I think Mochi Mayhem happened because number one, Pecharunt wakes up, sees an old couple, and thinks, "I might actually be able to be cared for again" then it sees Carmen and gets jealous and puts her under its spell so it can get her out of the way then it realizes that ogerpon might still be out there and so it amasses a giant army to protect itself
So the whole story of the masks was just a misunderstanding on both sides. Ogerpon thought the 3 and Pecharunt were evil because her friend died and their masks were stolen, and Pecharunt and the 3 thought Ogerpon was evil because her friend attacked them and Ogerpon came in killed the 3 and left Pecharunt in a comma.
they stole the masks they knew they were stealing someone should of realised why he attacked them (especially monkeydori) and even if they didn't know stealing was wrong they should of known murder was wrong sure pecharunt wanted to please its grandparents but that doesn't excuse murder

I feel kinda bad for Pecharunt and The Loyal Three now. The Loyal Three were just being controlled. It really was just a situation that got really out of hand.

The true epilogue should have started with the old lady that had the Pecharunt telling the PC this story (literally insert the cutscene). When it ends, the peach comes to life and you get the inkling from it to go find its old parents. No matter how much any character tries to explain it, it can’t comprehend that they should be dead. So you travel back to Paldea, maybe to Mesagoza as this would be back in time before it was built up. You go through the adventure visiting with your friends. Getting into battles, etc. Then come to find out the couple are actually still alive because of how much Mochi they ate. Pecharunt is overjoyed, but the old couple now want your masks (since Ogerpon is caught with the masks) and demand Pecharunt do battle with you. The couple battle you with the strongest Pokémon team you’ve faced so far then at the end you fight Pecharunt in two phases. His dormant timid state, then when he pops out of his shell. Maybe even double his health for gameplay mechanics. You eventually defeat him, but you show compassion to it instead of hatred. It realizes that its parents are greedy and abandons them to join you. I know this is barebones, but with some storyboarding and brainstorming, it could be even better. Mochi madness just didn’t make sense to me.
From my understanding Pecharunt was controlling the townsfolks to either get affection since his parents are long dead or to easily surveil Kitakami for the masks and the Loyal Three (mainly through Nemona) and this couldn't be achieved. The Mochi brings out greed and potential but Nemona herself was already greedy in Paldea by wanting a rival to her level so badly but since she got closure she wasn't able to go evil. The rotating Pokémon she gets - Ribombee, Kommo-o and Milotic - reflect the fields, mountains and seas Pecharunt crossed, with Dusknoir being their Ghost spirit. As for how the Loyal Three were reawaken, given how Kieran had the Teal Mask it's possible that those Pokémon weren't truly ressurected by yes brought into the present - they time travelled to the present like how the Professor did in the Crystal PooI, granted the originals are still buried. kinda wish that there was a cutscene in that landmark with Ogerpon's friend and Pecharunt's parents if you brought all 3 DLCs poster children there... the Professor being there was moreso for how BikeDon, not for Arven... granted, to close the timeloop returning the Violet Book would need to be returned. Also, the reason why this isn't in the games it's because it's an UNTOLD story. It's meant to be undocumented since no NPC knows the real deal, the truth is extrinsic knowledge to our gameplay, like how Gen 1 Mewtwo was with Team Rocket until Movie 1. Meanwhile Ogerpon had Kieran's gramps and his ancestors. As we can see in the video, the Loyals already existed as is, the chains just subjugated them to Pecharunt's will, so these 3 Pokémon being weak and clumsy isn't factual, but yes just something the locals believed as myth because they didn't know it had a leader. Whatever Bulbapedia typed in their webpage can be seen as non consistant - an incoherence since fact and fiction are purposefully mingled so that we don't know the full story. This happened with Galar lore too, the tales of the past are mispoken with lack of info and/or suffer historical revisionism.
You know, I'm glad it has a backstory, but it kind of bothers me. I liked the theory that Pecharunt subjugated the loyal trio to help it take the masks and corrupted them with its toxic chain, but this animation make them all seem like friends and that Pecharunt granted their wishes with no strings attached (even though it is literally the "subjugation pokemon")
I think during the travel, they did become friends. They wouldn't be called Loyal if not for being loyal friends, right?

I think that at first, Pecharunt did subjugate them as its servants, but as time went on and they spent more time together, Pecharunt began to see them as friends and stopped the whole mind-control thing on them.
Like, it's still the leader and gives orders, but the Loyal Three at least have their own independent and will.
This makes the whole story actualy extremely tragic in a way becuasse Pecharunt was very certainly in the wrong but it obviously isn't seemingly done out of any sense of maliciousness. It was doing it out of what looked to be a misguided innocence. It needs to be put to justice for its crimes but you can't help but feel for it. It only wanted to be loved by the ones it cared about most. It just did it all completely wrong. Making Pecharunt a kind of pitiable antivillain. He didn't meant to do evil actions, but evil actions were all he understood.

I think I have a bit of an idea what pecharunt’s plan was though out mochi mayhem first look at who it’s first victim is carmine one of the two top battlers in the village and we know that she was under the mochi effect for a while before we get there who’s to say pecharunt wasn’t trying to find a way to get Kieran in that time after getting his sister but then it sees him get beaten in battle by nemona so probably through that she would be a better person to get then Kieran after seeing him get beaten by her so when he sees her going to the shop alone he makes sure to leave atleast one mochi for her probably had a bunch that was taken by the others of the village then what do we see her do after she falls into the effects of the mochi she heads to kitakami hall where she gives Kieran’s grandma a plate of mochi and possibly others pecharunt is recruiting people then after he gets penny and Arven and we beat them he seems scared then where does he go to loyalty plaza the place where his retainers where last known to be I think his plan was to try and go after the masks again this time with an army to help him not knowing that we already have them since I guess he only started to wake up when we bring the mythical pecha berry so has no idea that we already have both ogrepon and the masks

I've been thinking about where there original region could have been, needing to be somewhere with mountains, forests and fields but still having some amount of Japanese influence and needing multiple seas to cross too. I'm thinking they could be China based region from that, since they didn't subjugate the lapras and basculegion its possible they started with different mons and changed with each sea and maybe they passed through Hisui and got basculegion from there. Could also be how white basculin got trapped in kitakamis lake

here’s a theory i saw from another video and i think it makes more sense imo. i added a bit of my own thoughts to it
the story is being told by pecharunt and it’s lying. if it’s mochi brings out the greed in people, why would the characters in the dlc only do as they did? none of them did anything other than dance and chant. the only 2 that did were the grandma, who was just used to get the grandpa, and nemona was mostly used because of her strong team. the lousy 3 were brainwashed to serve pecharunt for that same reason.
the old couple could have never existed in the first place. they were only in the story to make it look like pecharunt wasn’t at fault. or it could have been using them to deflect any fault from itself in case it got in trouble, especially if the other was a lot stronger.
on top of that it’s strange that the villagers had the masks instead of ogerpon. why wouldn’t she take them back with her? especially if they were right there?
because the little runt was about to set her up! when it looked like the lousy 3 were going to lose it went to brainwash more servants to help. but it wasn’t quick enough and when it returned orgerpon had already won. so it had the villagers it brainwashed chase her away and store the masks so she couldn’t use them.
once it was certain she was hated and outcasted it went into hiding to wait until new servants strong enough to defeat her came along. that’s why it took action only after we, the player, came in contact with it. it didn’t get to us in time so it looked for someone to take hostage/trick us into eating mochi. it figured out carmine knew us and brainwashed her as bait. this could explain why she showed up so quickly after we came to her house. pecharunt saw us and sent her to get an idea of what we were capable of to start making a plan.
and the rest is history.

Everyone who eats the mochi does what Pecharunt wants of them- family members want to be spoiled, friends want to help, and in its grief and rage and exultation at losing everything and being revived, it sacrifices the identity and individuality of an entire village. The effect of the mochi is totally consistent. (My child has asked me to add that the Three were revived due to their proximity to the Teal Mask). PS - we loved this video best out of the marathon of Pecharunt vids we watched this morning; that’s why we got so worked up.

Maybe the Loyal Three sensed Kieran’s desire to become better than Carmine and the player. If Kieran’s desire was similar to Pecharunt’s own desires, then maybe that’s what made them awaken and gave them the desire to go after Ogerpon. Obviously, they did want payback against Ogerpon, and they thought the best way to do it was to beat the poor Pokémon and subjugate it for Kieran thinking he was serving Pecharunt like them.

If you think about it, the man attacked first, all it was, was self defense in a way. Plus their ability toxic chain probably killed the man who made contact with them. If you look at their faces they looked confused and conflicted.

I don't know if I'd call it greedy, Pecharunt is more fearful. See how it chooses the loyal 3 very carefully. Pecharunt doesn't pick them out of kinship, Pecharunt picks them because Pecharunt is afraid. He picks OkieDogie because he's big and strong and keeps Pecharunt safe. He picks MonkieDorie because he can see the future, for keeping Pecharunt safe, and he picks Pheasandipidy because he releases pheromones that make Pecharunt feel safe. He does all of this without seemingly evne asking anything of each pokemon, they seem to just follow him of their own volition. But each one of them is chosen specifically because they can keep pecharunt safe. It's the same with the parents, as pecharunts Mochi doesn't make people evil, it just makes theevil in them stronger. However notice this didn't happen to the loyal 3, they didn't ask Pecharunt seemingly for ANYTHING.Not more mochi, not for items, they got what they wanted and followed him simply because they wanted to. The Parents however kept asking more and more and more of pecharunt every day. I think this made pecharunt scared of losing their love,so he washoping the masks would solidify that.
It's the same with Kieren. Kieren seems obsessive but you kindof realize whenyou look at the house he grew up in that him being messed upactually makes sense. His grandparents habitually lie tohi, and his sister constantly acts above him. Pecharunt and Kieren are the same, I don't think they are greedy, they are insecure and those insecurities made them commit terrible acts that nearly got everyone killed.

In the Ogerpon’s side of the story the fight happened in front of everyone’s eyes. Also you can see the tail of Okidogi before they went out for the adventure. Something’s off.

How did ANYONE witness the fight between Ogerpon, The Lousy 3 & Pecharunt? The Ancient Kitakamians just made up a story to pin the blame on poor Ogerpon at this point. Pecharunt rolled into the Timeless Woods where Bloodmoon Ursaluna would live in the future. That implies the quartet fled to somewhere near the Crystal Pool, which would be NOWHERE close to the sight of Mossui Town, Kitakami Hall OR Loyalty Plaza. We're just going to move around a whole forest? Isn't the location of the fight weird? Who the heck SAW the fights? What, did they come across three corpses & Ogerpon, then assumed the Lousy 3 were protecting the Village that was NOWHERE CLOSE? Who found the body of Ogerpon's friend? How his death not pinned on her too? Yeah, the three had her masks, but, they were not anywhere NEAR Mossui.
Hate me or not from the start i loved fezandipity that made me love loyal 3 and dislike ogerpon now seeing theyre not truly evil make me happy a bit but yeah ogerpon is sad that her friend is gone but seeing her killing the 3 brutally is a bit sad to me

ı think pecharunt started mochi mayhem because it wanted revenge on ogerpon because like in the story the stpry she beat up pecharunt friends (loyal three) andstopped themto gifting masks to old couple and pecharunt didnt know where was loyal three and ogerpon because we players caught them and pecharunt couldnt find them so it started turning everyone in to zombies and why pecharunt chose humans you know in teal mask dlc in the wrong story about ogerpon and loyal three ogerpon retreat because of people helped loyal three maybe pecharunt while it was sealed pecharunt heard sounds of people and saw ogerpon running or heard ıdk and pecharunt maybe humans can win againts her and then it turned everyone who eats pecharunts mochi to zombies and with those it tried to find loyal three and ogerpon
