Water Magna Lucilius HL / Dark Rupture HARD Solo No Reload
Lucilius is boss who make me finally figure out FLB Haaselia's weakness, even just one though. That weakness is turn accelerate cuz Full Moon uptime can be messed up and gone just only in single turn accelerate

Strongest FLB Evoker as of now in my opinion, she now become character who did excellent on cover 3 main usage honor racing/burst, FA and high difficult content
Her ougi now increase duration of Moon Phrase effect and extended Full Moon by 1T
-With upgraded ougi combine with 4th skill will make longer Full Moon uptime and easier to maintain.
New passive grants all water allies echo base on Moon Phrase, starting from 20% and become 40% at Full Moon
-Free echo is always welcome and with FLB kit, you have longer Full Moon uptime too so you will likely to have 40% echo longer than when you have 20% or 30%.
The Moon Reversed passive now also boost to supplemental dmg and amount of ATK and DEF each turn is increased
-Higher value of buff from sub ally, not much to mention just good.
The High Priestess Upright passive also grants Full Moon to water allies for 3T
-Immediately able to take benefit from Full Moon upon switching to main ally so this very good cuz along with 4th skill, you can immediately abuse by using Hraesvelgr or at least Exo Antaeus for dmg burst in few turn.
4th Skill grants herself permanent and undispellable buff which making she always ougi twice and skill dmg nuke base on her Moon Phrase starting from 1 hit at no Moon Phrase to 4 hit at Full Moon upon ANY ELEMENTAL allies deal multi-attack
-Must unlocked cuz CA Reactivation mean longer Full Moon uptime, more FC gauge gain in 2.0 (but longer CA animation too), skill dmg nuke upon allies deal multi-attack is significantly boost whole team dmg without doubt and when it not having restrict on allies's elemental to nuke so there will be way to abuse this for sure, don't underestimated player's idea.
Overall, if you're aiming for FLB Evoker, she is very recommended Evoker to FLB and unlocking 4th skill, she's easy to use and friendly character to all user/players even you're Magna grid user she still very good, cover 3 main usage for burst, FA and high difficult, she good both normal attack team and ougi team along with having multi-hit skill dmg, not to mention that she make Reflection of The Moon weapon become better to use. Only her restriction is Upright passive that need switching to main ally from sub ally which every Evoker have this sae restriction, aside from that downside that I only found is she is weak to turn accelerate the less is difficult for me to figure out

flb is useable as he still can delay and gravity, but just some dmg from him will decreased
