i think it should be mentioned that she's extremely insane because of her nwf weapon, which makes her give buffs several times stronger than nio's in better uptime. like, 35% normal 50% unique 40% cap 20+40% echoes the multihit nuke, enables ougi loop, permanent reactivate and then the defensive buffs as well...
Imo, definitely on the good side of the evoker flbs. She went from a kengo unit to abuse her s3, to a hybrid unit that benefits both an ougi and an auto based team while working in both exceptionally well. Not often you see a unit that can triple dip playstyles and are considered usable in every team.
I don't know what anyone was thinking with this kit. She's like, 4 different buffers at the same time, while being really good DPS, and in certain comps are permanent, _undispellable_ buffs. She's easily Caim tiers of desirability, she just enables so much damage, with defensive utility. They fixed her only flaw which was resetting moon phase on ougi, and then gave her the world. Her only existing flaw is that you have to get her out of backline, that's it. She's night and day from Maria, and it's infuriating.
One thing I think was forgotten is that she can now perma-upkeep her Full Moon buff, and when you combine this with her weapon, you get absurd amount of dmg buff and cap. She probably makes her weapon the strongest one in the game I could even risk saying.
Potato actually being useful and very op, going to save a lot of people during this gw
Sadly the only good thing I can think of maria's kit is that you get a good nuke + instant charge whenever someone dispels a buff, even mid ougi, so maria could see some use in nm200 where the boss buff itself with 20000 buffs at 50%, who knows.
Maria walked so that Haaselia could race over her Dead Body. Thats how the FLB distribution feels between those 2! :'D

yea, MT needs a game balance update, hell she's needed one for a while, especially her domain of the evoker, that should be undying to all, not guts. Which is ass. and i say that as someone who has her 5 star uncap and all skills unlocked.
Yeah, from all that I heard, she is veery good and I went ahead and uncapped her. Will probably buy her S4 too. Ugh, my sands and stoones...
By now people should have a good idea of how core Moontato is. Doesn't matter the content, primal or mango, you want her. Simple as that.
