Troubleshooting and replacing an air conditioner thermostat.

A Ritetemp 8035C thermostat is malfunctioning and causing the air conditioner to not startup. Troubleshooting the bad thermostat and replacement with a Honeywell model RTH6360D programable thermostat is covered. Four and five wire thermostat wiring systems are also discussed. This is important when trying to convert an older system to some of the newer programable thermostats needed more power.
