There are actually movie cutscenes before and after every stage, but they're cut out of this video. Copyright reasons I assume. That could also be the reason why the band at 4:30 doesn't play "under the sea" like it is originally in the game.
Edit: Okay, I've seen the band play the same song here in the other videos, so I guess it must be a game version/region or maybe even an emulator issue if the person recording this used one.
