Sorry to hear about your loss. There is no such thing as a good day for options buying in my opinion. Rather, what is important is, spotting a trending market and giving yourself some time by buying the ITM option. This will increase the chances of success.

@@FINVEZTO Thanks Bro for the reply.... actually I tried virtual trading in Sensibull but after 1 week I have to pay money which is not a problem but it will be better to learn completely first with virtual and then try with sensibull. So let me know any other solutions
Please tell me why people buy deep in the money options
If they surely predict down or uptrend they might go for deep in the money options, mostly due to less budget and expecting more return from extrinsic value
