I totally agree. I suffer from sciatica and this routine has really helped me continue to work and walk. My back went out about three weeks ago and I can now do the exercises again. I am committed to doing this routine more often as I think I had quit (like I do) and take feeling better for granted and then I overdo it with swimming or biking and not stretching... I did this yesterday and it is the best of the best. When I stood up I remarked to my husband that my hips felt as clear and young as a teenager's. Truly shocking. I woke up with the same feeling. this is the most helpful guided yoga sequence i've probably ever found on here. thank you SO SO much David. i get my life back because of this sequence, it is easy to follow i never have to look at the video, your presence is calming and i truly feel a beautiful release in my tense back

This is a wonderful video. I feel better after doing this, both physically and mentally. David teaches with clear, detailed instructions, which is important to prevent injury. He doesn’t fill the time with unhelpful chatter, but keeps a compassionate tone. Like all of his videos, it is beautifully filmed and the angles allow the viewer to see how he is placing his body. Excellent excellent video and instruction! Thank you so much. This video has been so helpful and soothing for both mind and physical pain of what I think is sciatica. It's different from other videos that I've tried for sciatica, with great poses and stretches. The instruction is spot-on that one doesn't even need to look at the video, and has a perfect flow to it. . not too fast.

When I finished the practice, the pain is relieved! I will practice it on a regular basis. It also helps me with my tired legs from standing for a long time at work. I can't thank you enough!!!!"

This is the first one I've done alone because I've had frustrating sciatic pain, especially on the right side, for years and years. I have sciatica and after completing this class my body felt tension free, relaxed and last but not least very, very good. Great class!
This class helps me with my hamstrings and lower back, which have been kind of stiff since early childhood. David is a wonderful teacher--he keeps things challenging, yet relaxing at the same time. I do this class daily. If I ever skip, my legs and hips begin to ache!

I've only been only doing this class for my sciatica pain for 8 days but I feel such a difference in my back and hips already. It's easy to follow and feels so good afterwards.
I’m really grateful for this class. I don’t have sciatica. Instead I have osteoarthritis of the knees. The stretches relieve the discomfort in my knees. The class is like having a nice massage
