How to Remap Any Button on Victrix Pro BFG Controller on Control Hub App on Computer

The Victrix Pro BFG Wireless Controller offers a range of customizable options, including remapping buttons. Here’s how you can remap buttons on the Victrix Pro BFG Controller using the Control Hub App:
Download the Victrix Control Hub App:
First, download the free Victrix Control Hub App on your computer. You can find it in the Microsoft Store.
Connect the Controller via USB:
Connect your Victrix Pro BFG Controller to your computer using a USB cable.
Update Firmware (if needed):
The app will prompt you to perform any necessary firmware updates for the controller and the dongle.
Choose Wireless or Wired Mode:
The Victrix Pro BFG Controller supports both wireless and wired modes.
To use it wirelessly, toggle the purple switch on the back of the controller to the position with the Wireless icon.
Plug the included Wireless USB Dongle into your PS5™ console, PS4™ console, or PC.
Press and release the PS Button on the front of the Pro BFG Controller.
Once connected, the X-Logo on the controller and the LED on the dongle will be illuminated solid purple.
To turn off the controller, press and hold the PS Button for 5 seconds until the X-Logo LED turns off.
Remap Buttons:
Hold the “Profile” button on the back of the controller.
Press the button you want to remap (e.g., one of the face buttons).
While the LED is flashing, press any other button on the controller to map that button’s function to the selected back button.
The LED will blink quickly three times to indicate successful programming.

hi, everytime i restart my pc and run a game, the victrix pro doesnt remember my last paddle map settings i last used, is there anything i can do to fix this and is this something you or anyone else here has experienced? Many thanks
