@@BuzzBuzz446sounds like your in tournament mode. Try pushing the back profile button and the function button(the one the red light is blinking on) at the same time amd release. This should get ride of the red light if that is the issue
Got this controller yesterday. Downloaded the app on pc and at first i wasnt able to remap the back buttons. Make sure your mouse is not on the hub window and then use the controller. Press on whichever back button you wanna remap then continue by pressing whichever button you want to map to. Also if your controller isnt responsive try restarting game on pc. Havent tried it on console yet.

I keep getting error message saying it could not connect. It doesn't matter if I am in wired or wireless mode, if the back buttons are set to PC, PS4 or PS5. I have tried wiring it into the computer and using dongle at same time, also tried connecting to app using wired only and wireless, no luck. Bluetooth on computer is not even recognizing it. I guess it is at this point just out of curiosity how to get it to connect. I rebooted machine a few times after installing both of the apps, am not logged into anything other than this web browser and it still won't detect the controller so I can't get latest firmware for it. I had seen on Redditt that a lot of people that upgrade firmware were seeing the dongle get bricked, so not so sure I really want to risk it. Thanks for making this quick and simple video as the instructions might as well have been written in Sanskrit and the website didn't have but 3-4 videos and none of them related to anything that isn't already obvious.
I am having the same issue 😢 the application for me did allow an update, and it even allows me to do testing on all the face buttons, but when it comes to running diagnostics on my sticks & r2/l2 pull tests I get no visual indication on screen or on the controller that anything input is even "remotely" happening 😢 😅

When u recalibrate, make sure u both analog stick at least 5 times. I only did the left stick and when I exited recalibration mode my right stick didn't work anymore. U gotta rotate both of them(not at the same time)
The directions indicated only the left one as you dont change the position of the right one. Only take it off and put it back on. Have you experienced de-calibration with the right stick?
Hi i bought this and afrer a week of use i csn not move forward in games like cod i wont tactical sprint when pushing the analogue stick ? There is no information abkut how to fully factory reset this either

Bruh EVERYTHING works expect my roght joystick movement but it still registers the click on it (it knifes) if i click on it

You have mouse click enabled there is 2 slots on the back you have to move whilst pressing l2/r2 to the desired depth
