How to Fix Cannot Connect Victrix Pro BFG Controller to Control HUB APP on PC

If you’re having trouble connecting your Victrix Pro BFG controller to the Victrix Control Hub app on your PC, here are some steps you can try:
Driver Conflict Issue:
Sometimes, custom lower filter drivers installed by specific software (like Steam) can interfere with the Pro BFG’s communication with the app.
To fix this, you can download and run the VictrixCompatibility.reg file provided by the manufacturer. This will restore the USB HID Lower Filter to its default configuration.
After running the file, unplug and reconnect your Pro BFG Controller/Dongle to your PC for the app to recognize the device.
Wired Mode:
If you’re using the controller in wired mode, make sure you’ve downloaded the Victrix Control Hub App on your PC.
Connect the controller via USB and perform the Day 1 Update (the app will prompt you once connected).
Toggle the purple switch on the back of the controller to the position with a Cable icon.
Audio Issues:
Some users have reported audio connectivity issues when using the Pro BFG wirelessly. It may lose audio connectivity for a brief moment.
If you’re experiencing this, consider using the controller in wired mode for a more stable experience.
