    I've actually been struggling again with late night cravings. And I know I shouldn't give in and I shouldn't eat in the middle of the night, at least for my liver's sake. But the cravings are so strong and I just eat and eat and eat. I'll tell myself, "I'll just have this one thing" and I end up eating like, four different things. I am definitely going to check out these methods! Thank you so much Dr Mandel!

I followed along with you while watching the video and going to make these steps a part of my daily routine.     Cutting down on those refined sugars also decreases those "fiendish" moments. The more refined sugars you consume, the deeper in the vicious cycle it takes you down. Unrefined sugar truly is a devil!!

    Thank you so much for these tips Dr M. My sweet cravings at night are worse than during the day. I wake up in the night, usually between 2-3 craving and look for sweets, especially if I didn't eat any before bed.

    Thank you for these simple exercises to work on. I'm definitely going to try them. Wondering how many times a day they can be done. I do a lot of walking and will see about how easy it will be to try while walking or if I take a break. That's why I ask how many times a day can they be done and of course seeing which one may do better than the other. Or they all do good.     Your videos are fantastic, to my mind, craving to learn more, but this one may get people to miss the point - hunger and cravings are sensations we should listen to, not follow or negate blindly - they tell us we are missing something and we should look into it. Dr. Hen Professorsky discovered that most times when you go around your house craving something and you don't know what, what you actually need is vitamin C, in a fruit , vegetable or a supplement. Food isnt just calories and proteins and sugar and fat, but it's a creation filled with vitamins and minerals that are reduced on our crops, but are very much needed. How would you feel after biting into a freshly picked whole small (!) Cucumber?....

    Can you make a video on increasing appetite and weight gain please? The opposite end of the spectrum is rarely ever talked about and yet is also running rampant and causing major health issues for folks who are underweight, in calories deficit and not getting in enough nutrients. Thank you!

      I would also like this. I've picked up 25kgs in 1 year. I crave food at night and can't resist eating most of the time. I'm helping Dr's to help me and they just gas light me and say it's normal. 😢

    Do the other 3 acupressure points on my daily routine.
    Also, massage middle of palm with Thumb, massage, top of hand between index and middle finger by knuckle, both hands.

    But i do have Huge cravings..i crave things like..mushrooms...blueberries..strawberries..
    cheese(Real cheese)...squash...eggs...crispy baked chicken...& cinnamon. Very few spices..& only Real olive oil...lol.
    Oh..and i Love my salads!...with everything in em...Bliss!

    Anything for anal fissures doc ? Ive already been to a doc and have done a colonoscopy. All clear . My stool is soft but i still have sharp pains and bleeding occasionally.
