Lalali is wordplay with nanali which is Korean word for delinquent.
You got it right that the song is about Hoshi. Woozi got inspiration from him. The story was Hoshi messed up his ending ment at a concert so the members teased him about it on stage. Hoshi said “It my first time living today too” and that’s how Woozi made the song

Seungkwan : loneliness
Jeonghan : wanted to see the world in a blurry way because he's too scared and stress about life - not sure about the future

Joshua : work stress, not fitting in

at he end of the Cheers to Youth mv, there is a tiger that represents hoshi because hoshi was the one who made woozi make this song with the words "sorry because this is the first time i'm alive" - hoshi. there woozi made lyrics using the words spoken by hoshi

Lalali is a whole mood. My favorite part is Cheol spitting in the tip jar where you can see spit backwards is tips and that being a dig at haters cause the more you give them attention, the more they gain from it 😏
As a Dino ult, I lost it during the hip move. And fun fact, the choreography is by Kirsten who has African ancestry so I love how they paid respect to afro beats by having her as choreographer. 🌊
Vocal unit songs always make me tear up. And I know they were making a tribute to Hoshi for being the inspiration but it also reminded me of how he was part of the vocal unit during pre debut.❤
Our interpretation of "Cheers To Youth" MV and each of members part/characters
Jeonghan - He thought there was a problem with his vision, hence he consulted a doctor. But the glasses made him see clearer but at the same time the negatives. He realized that he doesn't really need those glasses. I think it's about the pressure of having a perspective similar from others and trying to accept that it's okay to see it differently.
Joshua- he was a meerkat at work. He keeps on peeking and looking around, probably yearning for belongingness or acknowledgement. Meerkats are known to be in groups, and get really sensitive with their environment. He then realizes that people appreciate him. He lent someone an umbrella and he received a gift as a token of gratitude. His coworkers also found him adorable like a meerkat bc he often looked around.
Woozi- he was a recluse who never went out, similar to a hikkikomori. He was holding a puzzle piece that was only half of the missing pieces, probably to symbolize his view of himself not being enough to fit in. He got tired of food delivery, so he got a robot to do grocery shopping for him. He experienced the warmth of the elder woman who helped him. He gathered the courage to go outside and even gave flowers to grandma.
DK was taking an exam, some people said it was for pre employment. He was struggling a lot to the point where he wrote he just wants to be a rock. There was a caption written on the pics he had saying that rocks go through hard times to become smoother and round. There was also a picture that said, the rock was 1st place in spacing out. He probably found comfort in those messages.
Seungkwan- he was anxious of phone calls and always ignoring them. His phone turned into a fish which probably only shows that it isn't something he should be afraid of. He also gave more attention to it when it became a fish. You can see him practicing to press the receive call button using a bubble wrap, showing his efforts.
All of these changes happened because they themselves took the initiative for self-help. The Tiny ISSUE club was like a support system for them share their troubles and help them get through it.
The tiger at the end was a comic relief, but at the same time, it's probably because the song was inspired by what he said. Hoshi explained at the concert that in one of the tour ments he made some mistakes and the members call him out saying "that wasn't right/it was a bit too much" so he apologize saying "sorry, it's my first time living today too" and then woozi had a moment of realization and started writing in his notes.
Spell physically hurt since my two wreckers are Jun and Dino and The8 has been a problem for me. I did enjoy Lalali though with my bias Vernon, them four made is so funny and the Vocal unit made me want to cry. Definitely different style songs and I loved it.

hoshi did inspire the first line woozi sang, but also his tiny issue is thinking he is a tiget. joshua was a meerkat of the workplace, cos they always tend to look out for their own.
