I'm not disappointed 👍🏻 Good stuff, very well made with variety of videos, quizz, etc. I don't know if I'm better on the mat for the moment, but I'm way more educated. I think I'm gonna learn easily with my sensei when I'll fully integrate all the concept in my head, my body will follow faster.

People his size shouldn’t be able to move so effortlessly..... Great roll by both, oss.

Great video! Man that ultra heavyweight can move! Also I'm really trying to work on my underhook wrestling game for the moment so that head position tip is a big one! I think it will stop our local Judo Black Belt from overhook hip tossing me too.

This was a great video. So often big guys get the short end of the stick when people post rolling videos. That guy is solid and as a big dude I love to see you guys train again. Thanks for all the information you put out🤙🏾

Agreed! I never want anyone to feel like I'm using them as a spectacle to dunk on or anything like that. I was really happy to have a guy of Tyler's skill and size to make a rolling commentary with 🙂

This was great. Love the channel.
It's funny, I'm finding the more I learn in BJJ the worse I'm doing in my rolls. Initially I was very defensive and able to rely more on my strength & explosiveness to save me. As I try new techniques that I haven't mastered yet (and forget stuff I learned as I overload my brain), I find I'm getting tapped wayyy more. This seems to make sense to me, but I'm hoping I can get over this wall in the next couple of months. I don't want to fall back on my strength even though it seems like I could do 'better' if I did. Is this a common experience?

Super normal and a sign of good things to come. Beginners rely on instinct initially but instinct will fail you. You're learning how to be technical but aren't on that level to utilize it fully yet. But you're getting away from instinct and reliance on strength & explosiveness as a result.

I’d love to see another roll when you guys are both fresh. I have to admit, he’s very technical. I love seeing big guys that have a high fight IQ.
