- Ashish Ranjan is an ex-ISRO, ex- BARC Scientist. He has spent the past 5 years writing a book on his experience of working in India's Nuclear program and how he worked his way into India's space program despite his poor academic background. Ashish had scored 53/100 in Mathematics and 61/100 in Physics on his 12th boards. He had even failed Physics in his 11th Standard. Ashish never got admitted to top universities for his B.Tech. like IITs or NITs. Yet, he made his way into India's two of the largest research organizations as a Scientist. He has recently published a Book, "The Boy Who Did Not Sign" which is a fictional story inspired by a true event in Ashish's life in BARC. It is about pursuing a dream career despite our limitations and disadvantages, about relationship dynamics we all face, about doing the right thing, and much more. The book is now published worldwide (Paperback + eBook).

I am in a delima dont know
I have cleared IITJAM mathematics aur 1277 but im getting lower /baby nit like nit northeast for msc maths
I had already taken a drop .
My parents want me to get back to govt job as i have already cleared upsc written for nda now cds but always fails in ssb
Now the condition is if i choose nit I would have to spend 3lakh +no placement guarantee (as per my senior of that nit)
But fir getting job fast also i have to give govt job
In short opt 1. Reappear for IITJAM 3rd time or
2 give govt exams
What should I do ???

Government job mein koi nikal nhi sakta? Mujhe ONGC ne nikaal diya.. probation period mein... High court mein case ladi, jeetne ke baad bhi.. ongc bulaya nhi balki supreme court mein challenge Kiya.. supreme court bhi entertain nhi Kiya jab unka petition and high court order Diya hua hai wapas lene ka.. tab bhi it's more than a month supreme court ke order se ki high court ka order maano.. tab bhi nhi bulaya hai ab Tak.
I have worked in NTPC too before joining ONGC.
Lagta hai ki govt job paane ke baad koi mehnat nhi hai, koi nikaal nhi sakta.. mehnat toh hai agar aage badhna hai aur nikal bhi sakta hi hai.. expect the unexpected that is life.

There has been cases where people have lied about their credentials, in that case tmhe kabhi milna hi nai chahie tha. I’ve heard that in that case you can be thrown out during probation period. I however had completed my probation period
@@ashishtorqhindi nikaalne ka kaaran ye diya ki mai interview ke time NOC nhi di.. during interview I was in ntpc... mera defending point ye tha ki jab mai ongc ka form bhar rhi thi tab mai kahin working nhi thi tab sahi declare ki thi, interview jab ho rha tha ongc ka uss duration mein mai training period mein thi ntpc mein.. training period mein ntpc NOC nhi deta hai.. aur mai form bhi pehle hi bhari thi ongc ka toh I wouldnt need noc in that case.. interview online hua tha, kuch waisa declare karne nhi bola gaya tha hame, they already had the list of document we needed to show and we had to show the documents on the video call.
Finally, selection ho gaya, job location aaya. Mai ussi din call ki ongc mein plus email ki aur puchi ki mai NOC nhi di hu interview ke time pe kyuki Mai training period mein hu NTPC mein Mera bond transfer ho jayega kya? And they said yes no problem, even in the email. And only after that I resigned from NTPC and joined ONGC. Before joining ONGC, full bond transfer ka baat hua dono company ke bich and they transferred the bond saying I have to produce a new service bond for the remaining period with ongc. I have submitted the relieving certificate from NTPC to ONGC too. Mera joining hua pura, waha ke internal site pe bhi mera previous employment declared tha. Training bhi hua sab ongc mein. Ab after 4 months they say that you have suppressed your working with ntpc and gave no noc so, they served me a show cause notice(just for name sake) and terminated me then.
They did this because they were not accepting a boy who came to join ongc bcz he had not given noc and he said that you have taken her(me) . So they had already decided to terminate me(jabki I had already asked them everything before joining)
