From being an average student in the school to the scientist engineer at one of the best and biggest space research organization in the world Ashish's story speaks volumes about him.
Ashish graduated from a private college and his passion for mechanical engineering the zeal to do something big got him all the success you and we know about.
Ashish secured AIR 4 in ISRO Centralised Recruitment Board, ICRB 2018 in Mechanical Engineering (ME) branch. ICRB is a centralized exam for all Indian graduates where after being selected you can be posted in any one of the ISRO centers. What is like working at ISRO? How is the interview conducted? What are the future opportunities?
Apart from ISRO, Ashish also qualified GATE 3 times and got selected for BARC.
He cracked ISRO while working full-time with BARC.

By the way you are really fabulous, u know a lot child during their primary school aspires to be a scientist, but at that time there parents and people around them thinks that " yeaah my child started to dream to be something, and would land at some nice dream". But that nice dream do not contains the dream " SCIENTIST". And as time passes the child as well grows nd starts thinking something new and forgets it. Thus shows how untouched is our so called scientific society from science. We think scientists as aliens.And its a bitter fact. Everyone just talking about his looks and appearance, guys that's not the point but main thing was that his enthusiasm, goal , hardwork, and the most important thing was his dedictaion towards his goals and aim that's literally give me GOOSEBUMPS and he accept his failure and get spirit from that to create his own future. Whatever he do, he just make to worth it and mean it. and he really a"" SELF MADE MAN"".
Most important part of that interview , when he says--
●No one should be able to beat me in mechanical engineering , you can beat me in CGPA.
● The most difficult exam the one you really wants to crack.
●If it is possible I'll make it happen, if it is impossible I 'll make it possible.
That's really hit me hard !

The thing that surprised me the most is that people care about my looks way too much but you'll find hundreds with such a look in any Mall of Mumbai or Delhi, I couldn't understand why it is so absurd to people because I've always looked like this and my parents never had an objection. The thing I wanted people to notice are:
The insane drive you need to get what you really want
The amount of failure that you'll have to see along the way and
The fact that if you're really good no one can stop you.

I learn so many things from this interview
1. You must have a plan.
2. Smart works is much needed than hard work
3. Whatever you are doesn't matter what you want to be and what you are doing for that matter.
4. If I have proper goal I can make it.

@@priyakshi6183 Its not about command over english. It's about clarity of thought. You'll notice, whatever he says, even in hindi, he says clearly and completely. His expressions are not ambiguous. It shows a clear direction in his thoughts. Developing that is the hard part.
