    Excellent tips! 👍🏻 What type of progesterone capsules do you use? … compounded extended release/immediate release or conventional Prometrium? I have both and don’t know which one is better to use? Prometrium fillers seem to be a little scary. Progesterone (200mg) and sufficient estradiol (patch 0.05) helps me not waking in the middle of the night.

    If I stay awake past 11pm, I feel like I have a hangover the next day. Definitely aim to be sleeping by 9:30/10pm most nights!!

    With the micronized progesterone, is it safe to take with a history of breast cancer (not on any other form of hormone replacement therapy)
