You cheat yourself out of rewarding, clever gameplay, but reward yourself with _being physically stronger than the final boss_
OOTS had a scene like that. Spoiler The test of strength was a hydra, they cut off so many heads it couldn't move. The test of the Mind was the "One tells lies and one tells truths", so she shot one with an arrow, and threatened them, lol.
Rewatching as is required at times, and this time really felt like a super angry speedrun after grinding so hard that you are indeed like Lunk and a literal God but your last 10 pb's died to the final boss or area due to the stupidest shit. Every piece of dialogue at this point being worse than any boss. Glad he smiled at the end. World record for sure.

I feel like his intelligence should be like 10 or 20, he knew how to get everyone to shut up and got straight to the point. I mean the trap with the button and the iron bars he just went straight threw them.

seriously, its the writing that's amazing.
I remember seeing this years ago about the time it first came out. My wife then beat Breath of the wild 9the first Zelda game she ever beat) and within a week this came up on my recommended feed on CZcams. Of course I had to show it to her (she loved the part about Lunk just nopeing the pressure gate in the dungeon, there were shrines she wished she could do that)

Lunk used to live in a different town and had hopes, dreams and a thirst for adventure! He left on a journey with his life long friends, but they all died in battle one after another without finishing their quest. Lunk blamed his own weakness for their loss and ended his travels before reaching their goal, failing not only himself but the memories and hopes of his fallen friends.
He returned to his home town to recover with severe mental damages. He would wake up in the middle of the night as he dreamed about his friends screaming for help as they drew their final breath. Sometimes the visions followed him in his waking moments. But he had a kind heart, and one day he met a woman who brought joy into his dark life. Love blossomed and they started a new life in the village, where Lunk took on a job as a townsguard and hunter. He ventured into the woods together with new found companions who shared his trade.
But the day came where Lunk traveled alone into the woods. His wife had woken him that morning with a smile and whispered into his ear that soon, they would greet a new family member welcome to their home and the world. After making his rounds to the traps he set out he climbed a tree to get a view of the forest and breathe in the calmness of nature. Once he reached the top he marveled at the calm and beauty as he thought of his families new future, but also noticed a trail of smoke rise at the end of the woods. It was black and muddy, unlike the white streams that rose from the chimneys of the village, but seemed to be in the same direction of the place he called home. A cold grip clenched his heart as he relived the memories of his comrades and he immediately started his return at a madmans pace, running and breaking branches while scratching his arms and face.
He arrived at the village, but the once so peaceful town was now burning and the screams of its citizens tore a hole in the usually tranquil air. He saw people he cherished run in the streets as the people who he worked with, the mercenaries and hunters, people he had called friends, cut down everyone they saw. They had betrayed them. He dashed through the town with one thing in his mind and arrived at his house, just as his wife drew her final breath before he could reach her. He saw his own screaming reflection fade in her eyes as her spirit left for a journey to a better place where no one could hurt her.
He took up his weapons and killed all who he recognized as a former brother in arms. A pain burning his soul and a rage that could not be calmed as his weapons cut all who stood in his path. He left that day never to return and not a single soul was left to remember him and tell the tale.
That day he vowed to never weild another weapon, and to train himself so that no one would meet the destiny so many others he known had met. He closed his heart and shut out all around him, never to know friendship or betrayal again.
Lunk have lost his friends. He have lost his future. He have seen and felt betrayal.
Lunk have seen some shit, and he aint about to do it again.
