चार सौ पार तो हो जाएगा। यदि हम और चाहेंगे। यदि हम और आप यह मानते हैं कि संविधान में अनेक संशोधनों की जरूरत है और संशोधनों के लिए जो संविधान में व्यवस्थाएं हैं उसके अनुसार ही चार सौ पचास की जरूरत है। कांग्रेस ने संविधान संशोधन के लिए बहुमत नहीं मांगा किंतु बहुमत मिलते धर्मनिरपेक्ष वगैरह जोड़ दिया, सम्पत्ति का मौलिक अधिकार खत्म कर दिया वगैरह वगैरह। जनता को त्वरित न्याय के लिए भी संविधान और न्यायालय व्यवस्था में परिवर्तन/सुधार चाहिए। बीजेपी तो कह कर संविधान संशोधनों के लिए शक्ति मांग रहीं हैं। यदि भारत के अधिकांश लोग वर्तमान व्यवस्था, पुलिस ,न्यायालय ,सरकारी कार्यालयों के कार्य प्रणाली ,चौराहे के जाम, सड़कों के अतिक्रमण ,बढ़ते हुए शहरी स्लम, बढ़ती हुई आबादी ,घटिया शिक्षा , घटिया चिकित्सा सुविधाएं, न्यायालयो में विवेक के नाम से जो मर्जी होना, वकीलों की महंगी फीस से संतुष्ट हैं तो 450 की जरूरत नहीं है और राहुल गांधी या तेजस्वी या संजय सिंह या प्रियंका गांधी या और किसी को भी प्रधानमंत्री बना सकते हैं। और देशों में भी तो महीनों में फैसले होते हैं और यहां भारत में सालों में भी नहीं। यह जो सोनिया गांधी, राहुल गांधी, केजरीवाल, सीसोदिया, सतेन्द्र जैन, लालू यादव, कविता, या सामान्य नागरिक के खिलाफ केस है, उन मामलों में सजा या बरी , उपलब्ध सबूतों के आधार पर तुरंत और शीघ्र क्यों नहीं निपटाया जाता। यहां तक कि कांग्रेस या इंडी गठबन्धन भी यह नहीं कह रहा कि हम जल्दी न्याय के लिए संविधान में संशोधन करेंगे। यानी विपक्ष के सभी आरोप लगे हुए नेताओं को पता है कि उन के लिए जल्दी न्याय का मतलब जल्दी जेल है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने जब केजरीवाल को जमानत दी तो जिस उच्च न्यायालय ने जमानत नहीं दी, उसके खिलाफ कुछ क्यों नहीं किया। यानी जिसका वकील सिंघवी नहीं है उसके खिलाफ ग़लत फैसला भी जारी रहेगा और ऊंची फीस न्यायालय द्वारा लगाई जा सकने वाले दे सकने वाले तो प्रतिदिन विभिन्न न्यायालयों में आवेदन करते ही रहेंगे। अतः सभी न्यायाधीश केवल प्रारम्भिक बार परीक्षा पास किये न्यायाधीशों में से ही सर्वोच्च न्यायालय तक पहुंचने चाहिये। जो न्यायाधीश सर्वोच्च न्यायाधीश के लिए अयोग्य है तो वह किसी भी निम्न न्यायालय में भी नहीं रहना चाहिए चाहे वह उच्च न्यायालय या सर्वोच्च न्यायालय तक पहुंचे या नहीं। सीनियर एडवोकेट का तमगा भी ग़लत है। जो विधि शास्त्र पढ़ चुका है और उसे सभी न्यायालय में काम करने की अनुमति होनी चाहिए। या वह अपने काम के आधार पर किसी भी न्यायालय में काम करने के लिए अयोग्य घोषित होना चाहिए।

Regarding FPI selling, I feel it’s also because of China and HK markets doing so well. When they were getting beaten down India was a huge beneficiary. Now with election result, vix low (as you had highlighted) and over valuations in short term, it was a good relative value trade. It’s created panic as well as things were hot and ripe to create multiple possible stories to justify it in our minds.

Whiles rebalancing there's always a fall in shares which we are selling and there's is not automatic adjustment of amount of sold and bought shares. There's always first selling and if there is no extra money in account buying orders remain pending until next day or you have to put extra cash which is not possible everytime

1. If roce is more than roe then can this be inferred that the company is more efficient in using its debt.
