Sir, 50 times of which salary to take. Suppose I want to retire after 10 years, so shall I take the 50 times of salary at that time or today's 50 times. If I take 50 times of salary after 10 years, it would be huge even if I consider 8 to 10% hike each year. Bahut confusion hai.
