Just get a cheap cooking thermometer and once the steak reaches the temp you want pull it off the heat. As for everything else as long as you can follow basic directions you’ll be totally fine. Of course for measurement’s remember to use measuring cups and spoons and you’ll be 100% okay.

Coming from a professional chef, those fries are one of the best I’ve seen on the internet in a while. The dish looks delicious but you could’ve added some complimentary vegetable on the side like Brussel sprouts, charred peppers and broccolini to add a bit more flavour variation. In general the meal is prepared beautifully and the steak is properly cooked. Keep up the good work man!😊
