It's on my todo list.. I went up to the Mt Reed summit last June on the E-MTB, there was snow on the ground and it was blowing a gale so I didn't head down to the ancient huon pine or into Hercules... czcams.com/video/ATWTZT3_3_w/video.html Earlier in the week I tried to get up there on the WRR from the south, from White Spur Dam, Howards Rd, but that was a no-go.... It may take a while but I'll get there eventually ;)...
One track was blocked by the White Spur dam flooding, it was spilling, the other track had a really dodgy old bridge across White Spur Creek, I probably could have got across it ok but it was obvious no one had been up there for a long time so fallen tress and such would no doubt be an issue, it wasn't worth the effort solo... Little steps, I'll get there eventually, lol...
I carted ore out of the Hercules mine into Rosebery around 2003. Another great spot to explore 👌🏿

Beautiful! Steam-lovers dream. Where is it? It sure doesn’t look like Michigan.
Tasmania... It's about 1km up the Williamsford Rd out of Rosebery, the road that goes to the Montezuma Falls walk... goo.gl/maps/zECTXoJKkJu2nhTA8
