Be specific, if you don't mind. Don't be shy.
But it's the defense's job to treat Cohen like he is the guilty party, not their client, and get the jury to doubt him. Doubt is the whole game for the defense. They'll never get an acquittal, but they've known that all along, since there is such a strong case against Trump. They're playing for the hung jury, and it only takes one. Expect no justice.

He _is_ sticking to the facts. He's also giving us valuable legal context and professional legal opinion - rightly or wrongly, the jury's opinion of Cohen's testimony may make or break this case and Ari is just walking us through it.

As proceedings move, jurors coelesce into one mind set, to a general momentum of staying on the fence... regardless which way they go. This is the perfect judge to reorientate reasonabilty against, punitive suggestions away from the evedence in search for the truth.
