Building a 3x one bedroom self contained house with kitchen, hall, porch, toilet and bathroom from scratch to roofing level within 2 weeks in GHANA 🇬🇭.
Best Construction video I've seen all year & I agree--LOVING the music, takes me right back home! Can't wait until we can begin. Thank you so much for sharing.
congrats man what a beautiful foundation and great job it will look like when it will be finished! this is a dream for everyone i guess, rise up rise up and more blessings to you AND KEEP DOING THE GOOD WORK!!!!!!!!
congratulations man really its lovely foundation and nice job,it ll looks as when it ll be finished!this is dreams for everyone i guess, rise rise up rise up and more blessings to you!!!!!!!
As every commenter we liked the back ground music!! I'm also a viewer from the US but have observed in a few of GHANA's home building (don't know the building code there) but here in the US and other Caribbean Countries steel or iron rods are placed in the bottom of the foundation; the up rights are tied to those rods laying at the bottom of the foundation should there be a storm the strength holding the building will also come from the iron rods at the bottom of the foundation!!!! As I said I don't know the building code in GHANA.
Thanks for watching and commenting. We use the iron rods as well, for example, with this one, we used iron rods for the pillars and lentil before laying the last 3 blocks on top. Then followed by roofing. Remembering that this is not a storey building. With the storey building, bigger iron rods matt are used on every floor until roofing.
Great job. However improve on it by adding Bill of quantities at the various stages and their costs. At tail end, indicate expected cost to make it more educating
Beautiful craftsmanship all around. Are you able to share the measurements of each unit as well as the measurement for the entire structure. Thanks in advance for the info.
Thanks so much. Each bedroom = 14 × 12 feet Each Hall = 16 ×14 feet Each kitchen = 8 × 8 feet Each porch = 8 ×8 feet Each toilet and bathroom = 4 × 4 feet For rentals is okay.
No ground beams, no dpm and brc mesh on oversight concrete? If you notice any major issues (cracks) within your walls or floors in the future then you will now know why. Good effort but short cuts in construction will only cut you short over time.
@@egyamfi14 there is a video out recently that you cant buy land in Ghana without the real ID, it's on youtube. But I need all the connections I can get, I'm ready to do exactly what you did, good work.
We are watching from USA, and i can tell you, this is more beautiful than sitting in a plain. Great therapy touching base with mother nature

Very nice but your steps should have shifted out of d column/pillar.
Actually the middle pillar is there to divide the entrances as each apartment has its own entrance.
