I think this would be a cool movie idea. Slowly the main character realizes he's in a movie and he tries to stop the story from progressing. Eventually he get's convinced to just let the story carry out.
So like a mix between the Truman Show and Deadpool?

I found the continuity error:
At 4:18 he has his hoodie sleeves pushed up. In the next shot, the sleeves are down again.

And at 6:29, two walkers just show up in the middle of the street behind them.

Hmm, it's quite easy to land it on the plate if you a) no where the plate is, and b) it was stopped by the closet
or drink stuff after brushing.
One thing that kinda freaks me out is other people. Because every one of you reading this has experienced something completely different today. I'm not the only person who can think, and neither are you. You aren't all extras in the story of my life. Even stranger is that one of you might know me in real life, but neither of us would know that because of the barriers we put around ourselves on social media (another talk for another day). And then, if you do know me in real life, you probably wouldn't be able to guess because how would you even know I watch TomSka? Because it's something I do in my spare time, and clearly something you do too. And I wasn't involved in any way in how you got to this video and vice versa. But on the other hand, maybe you were.
What I'm saying amidst all this ramble is that there is 7 billion people on this earth and each one of those people has a life that they are conscious for. And that is strange to me because for me, the Earth will end when I end and I am the main character of my student film, and you are of yours, and it's such a strange thought that everyone else has their own consciousness, even if it is common sense.
I really hope this makes sense, because this is something I think about sometimes and I'd love to convey this thought to other people

This could actually be a decent thriller or horror movie. I mean, think about it. You are the only person in the world who realizes that it's all fake, that none of it is real. You are stuck in a production with no way out and no way to convince others of what's going on.

I love how this episode revolves around the concept of the 'Allegory of the cave.' Seeing how one individual tries to explain to another life is more of complexity, rather you would rather perceive on a day, to day basis. Would you step into the light, confront the truth? Or be more comfortable at the things you interpret are real, but have a possibility of being a grand illusion.
Regardless of this being a older TomSka film...i still imagined a horse faced person in the audience at the end saying "I LOVE IT!"

I frequently imagine going inside fiction I like an talking to the characters- and I always have to decide whether to tell them what they are. Seriously, if I read a book or watch a TV show in the back of my mind I'll be looking for people who seem like they're ready to know the truth about their universe and reality.
So far my criteria is:
They have to be open to the idea of destiny and fate.
They can't be too attached to anything in their world- or learning its fake could drive them mad.
Ideally they should be the sort of person who would benefit from this knowledge- like how someone who is really depressed might take comfort from the fact that it's all probably going to have a happy ending.
They have to live in a fictional world where weird stuff happens or be open to the idea that weird stuff (magic, alternate dimensions ect.) can happen.
They can't have a story arc that could be affected by them knowing.
Yes, I *do* think about this too much.

this is the first time i have seen this and not gonna lie. your early work is shockingly good. I mean, i have seen plenty of student films and for a student film, the writing on this was really good. It is also really cool to see how far you have come over the past 12 years.

In my case, I am that friend, but everyone has that "existing doubter" friend that asks ridiculous philosophical questions that have no goddamn answer and you feel that this friend Is a lost cause but you stay friends anyway. EVERYONE I know and knew (which is a lot of people) had a friend like that which again, is me. So yeah. Don't freak out because of doubting the universe. It's totally normal!

Heaven. Heaven is what it is when you return to being one with your creator. Back to being a memory in your readers, a figment of though in your creater. Part of this greater reality forever.
And the book is still there for someone to read, every frame of the video that you existed in still there to watch.
If God is a film maker and the our lives a story, then death is the end of nothing. Only the credits. The movie remains whole.
