- Last month I traveled to Seattle, Washington on a solo trip during Halloween weekend where I met up with a friend from college and stayed at his place in Ballard. We spent the weekend exploring downtown Seattle (Capitol Hill, Fremont, Pike Place, International District, and more). We went to a ton of yummy food spots and fun bars including:
- Seattle Fish Guys
- Chengdu Memory
- Pike Place Chowder House
- Sen Noodle bar
- Unicorn
- Rhein Haus
If you want a glimpse of what Seattle is like for a Bay Area girl like me I think this vlog is a good start :-)

I went on my first solo trip to Seattle a few weeks ago and it was one of the best experiences despite being so anxious!! Traveling solo is definitely intimidating but its so liberating.

@@bunnietime I’d say it depends what area you live in! But overall I’d say it’s decently walkable, definitely not walkable like New York though. I’d personally want to have a car to get around!
@@BellisaBuiI know the BFF was driving around, how was it with parking situations? Did you find a place to park and then walked about or you drove to each destination and parallel parked?
I’m moving in January and am bringing my vehicle. 😬

Only in the downtown area did we park a little farther and then walked in :-)
