      @lucscya7257 Před 4 lety +17

      @@grrorichard Convert Jose's speaking into football manager,
      Play Pepe as inside forward instead of winger,
      Always let him stay narrow on the pitch, cut inside, but let the whole team play wide,
      play right defender hug the touchline as wing back, the wing back constantly do overlap that could create a very good partnership with Pepe. So pepe would have lots of options, either to cut inside, or dribble into the box while the wing back always next to him on the right.
      Do not play lacazatte as False 9 or support duty, assign one of 3 midfielders as Number 10- advanced playmaker role behind these 3 strikers. So this is the key man would free Lacazatte and also connect those front 3.
      If put Pepe on the left, he can play as Raumdeuter as same as what Auba doing before Ceballos came on.

    Jose's analysis is just simply top notch compare to most of the pundits nowadays. It was funny when those people said about him changing his starting XI everytime because he didn't have a philosophy when he was at Man Utd compare to Kloop and Pep. They forgot that both Kloop and Pep also won't use the so called philosophy in all situations. They have the tactical mind and versatility on different teams and situations (though the chance is still 50-50 as they may win or may not win). Jose also have those same attributes of versatility when he was in Man Utd and other teams he managed, the only difference is that most of the players he had at Man Utd are overrated thrash and their transfer plan is more on commercial purposes rather than tactical, and the club itself is in total mess from top to bottom after Ferguson's and David Gill's departure..
