- 4-5 peppers
- 400 g minced meat
- 1 bunch of green onions (or 1 onion)
- 2 potatoes
- 100 g grated cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- some grated cheese for sprinkling at the end
