How exactly does fuel delivery work on this engine? I see one pipe from the injection pump, does this control over all fuel to cam driven unit injectors inside rocker cover?
Not a injection pump, just a pump, the injectors do the metering and injection. The pump does control the gross amount of fuel so it controls the r that way.
Some of our Leyland busses in England were powered by these L10s in the 80,90s. Great sounding engine especially coupled to a fully automatic gearbox
