Having more unanswered questions in your mind is much better than having more self imagined, senseless answers. I have seen several people like Lena who genuinely think that they are intelligent because they have such foolish answers to all of life's mysterious questions.
How can you be so sure that it is foolishness? Do you have the answer, or else could you be more specific rather than just directly say it's wrong?
She might be intelligent, but her opinions in this matter may be stupid.

Looking for answers is fine, but force-fitting illogical arguments with little to no evidence to serve as answers to every query is problematic. Collectively, humanity today still does not have answers to many questions, and we still have not unravelled all questions in our current state of ignorance. Every new generation had and will have new questions and the scientific method will help that generation arrive at solutions and answers pertinent to some of those questions leaving room for the upcoming generation to solve the unsolved remaining ones with new tools developed. That's how we have made progress so far. Merely blurting out a word salad does not serve as profound answers to many questions (and they do not necessarily merit answers today in our current state of collective ignorance on those topics). That which can be asserted without evidence can also be dismissed without evidence. And that is why Lena's verbal dribble is being dismissed.

I don't endorse all that Lena said. But there are events, healings, experiences, that people have had, that science hasn't been able to explain. When one experiences something out of the world, another who hasn't experienced it cannot say it is false. This is Lena's personal experience and I respect it, without judging.

Dear Vivek, please read Waking Up by Sam Harris, I've been an ardent follower of Sam Harris. There's a line that he's never crossed - the past life experiences etc. However, he's spoken about the mysterious nature of consciousness. I consider Lena's talks much better than Sadhguru or Sri Sri. Except past life experiences, and vedic astrology, I agree with her on the other points.

You have to take this seriously, you are moving away from a composed rationalized and well put narrative to being influenced gradually to an mildly aggressive viewer endorsing story teller. Its an actual progression that you have made on the wrong end of the spectrum, i am not saying its wrong but just be aware if u r not. There are a lot of neurological advancement happening these days and a lot of practices uphold eastern cultures. Check huberman labs how meditation can change nervous system etc.

You mentioned in the video as mind is the creation of brain or mind is something that is very limited to whatever happens in the physical space of the brain. But brain of a person is in its present form after millions of years of evolution. That means something had been cooking since millions of years to be used as my brain today. So, how can you say it was a random probability based events that leads to a very effective tool like brain? The idea of an X factor(of unknow qualities of mass,, spin, angular momentum, charge etc) other than physical human body could be an important piece in life? Something like universal consciousness or mind is a possibility? I am just curious to know your thoughts.
